The wifi speed is unacceptable at 2-3 mps. Zoom would not work. The option to PAY for high speed is unacceptable. I will not return. Too bad because the service and location is good.

The staff were not capable to explain in understandable English where exactly we could safely park our car. They confirmed we can park on the street in front of the hotel and even though we used paid parking tickets, our car was taken to a vehicle pound.

No parking and lack of free space in front of the hotel even for short stop. The nearest parking from 1za tower which is in 2-3 min walk was too expensive - approx 47 euro per night. Parking at Austria International Center is in 15 min walk from the hotel and we paid 64 euro per 4 nights.

Nice big room with everything that is needed for a good rest. Breakfast was really very good with a variety of fruits and desserts. Helpful staff. Very close to the Vienna International Center (10 min). 2 metro stations in 10 min walk, Billa shop in 2 min walk. Beach in 10-15 min walk. Besides, we received a vaucher for free drink in a bar as we confirmed cleaning of our rooms not every day, but every 2 days. Shuttle bus from the airport stops infront of the hotel evey hour.

The gym area is rather poorly equipped. Some more weights and equipment would be needed. The receptionist by mistake coded the room cards for 3 nights instead of 4 that I booked and I had to wait in the queue to the reception again. Maybe a bit more people could work at the reception cause there were always people waiting.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Good location close to U1 metro and walking distance to the Donauinsel area. Booked a double super room with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was delicious. Otherwise all was great.

They told that their hotel was 500 m from Center of Vienna but when i check-in they told that should i take Taxi or Metro to go in Center because center is 5 km away from here!

Male night staff was rude and disrepectful. He is not customer friendly. Bad for business. Also, room was very dusty. Carpet and drapes(curtains/ wndow trimmings) needs to change. Drapes were old, dusty and slightly torn. Carpet was very dirty. The dusty room caused by allergies to flare up. Had to keep windows open during the entire 3 week stay. Furniture old, beaten up with stains. Teapot was not clean. Had moulds growing in teapot. Had to request a new teapot.Tub was mouldy. Rooms need a complete renovation.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner menu was okay. However, dinner menu needs to be upgraded periodically.

I came for a week of work at the United Nations ans ended up paying more than twice (some nights 252 eur) what my colleagues paid (115 eur). No possible discussion with the staff. I found that disgusting

Awful professional personnel. Only the room waitress was very efficient. The bathroom has no proper detail for such kind of (alleged) standard: no shaving kit, no toothbrush kit, nothing. No heating system, no hot water, no water pressure at the bathroom. Very noisy.

Excellent hotel, located close to great park. Everything was perfect. It's comfortable, clean and pleasant. The rooms are big. They offered us free drink instead of cleaning the room, wich is option we admire. The subway station is close and you can reach the city center in 15-20 minutes.

The room was OK. The only issue I have is the lack of heating in the room. The room was too cold for me. I called for help but none was given. consequently, I did not enjoy my stay!!!
