I had a free room upgrade so I don't know if this is always the case but there were free bottles of water, welcoming chocolate cake and a splendid coffee machine. The "upgraded room" was huge. and facilities great. Fantastic hotel

I had a headache due to my sleeping position, the pillow was not comfortable for me, it was too thin.

Location for what I needed it was perfect as I was for work there. The breakfast was good.

The thing I didn’t like about the room cleaning was that they hadn’t changed the sheets or towels, which we had left on the floor. The cleaners had simply folded them, but not changed them, and this is unforgivable for the level of service they aim to offer. And I want to precise that we stayed for 3nights.

Great location for the city centre and near the metro to the airport. It is well served by public transport but we walked everywhere. The staff were very helpful and even the trainee was extremely professional.

Ideally, carpet or a rug on the floor rather than floorboards in winter.

We did not have breakfast. The wellness centre was excellent as was the location - very close to a tram and train stop, which enabled us to get to the old town quickly and easily. The water was hot in the bathroom and the heating worked very well, so that we were always comfortable. A really good stay!

Gym could be better - weights at 14kg tops, quite small. I guess it’s because very few guests are visiting it - met only one person there. The breakfast could be better, especially scrambled eggs, but it was still more than worth the price

Staff was really nice, location and views from the room were great. Also it was really quiet even though it’s very close to city centre. Really enjoyed the sauna.

Excellent breakfast, sauna included. Historical building, easy to find a free parking place (only weekends) in the streets nearby. Belvedere gardens in back yard, 30 min walk to Wien Innere Stadt.

1. Family tip: They did not read or comply with important request to have contiguous rooms. Call and make sure they understand you request is importa and not a mere whim. I had to had a very bad converation the night of arraival as they gave us not connected or contiguous rooms but rooms on the same floor and offered me a much lower rooms not contiguous as a solutionas hotel was fully booked. Further more when they confimed with me on the phone before arraival that " rooms where not connected but contiguous. (? 🤷) As kids where tired of the trip and was around 2130 I spend first night without sleeping as kids where 3 rooms apart. Had to talk to three emplyees and one manager to get a contiguous rooms as they have plenty and not fully booked. Finally second night we hey have on the communicated and stay was pleasent ans fun for the kids as rooms where very quite over looking the Belvedere palace. 2. Morning light wake you up as room has not block-out curtains.

Very quite rooms tall ceilings and view to Belvedere Park. Old hotel structure entrance and reception looks in 🚧 cinstructions with recently renovated rooms but not attention to detail. Clean rooms in general. Very friendly personal.

The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. Something to keep in mind for future renovations.

The property was in a great location. Easy access by Metro to tourist sites and airport. Comfortable beds and room was spacious.

The room could have been somewhat cosier, but all in all, the hotel is a very nice place to stay.

The staff was extremely nice and supportive. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We even got eggs of our choice.

The position of the shower over the bath was a little awkward and we didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as we felt it was a bit expensive.

Our room and bathroom were very spacious, the beds comfortable and the room was quiet. Hotel has a great location with the Botanical Garden and Belvedere Park located just behind it, there are trams that run into the city centre outside, the train station to the airport and other destinations a 5 minutes walk away, as well as shops and cafes nearby.
