They could have slippers in every room, especially as they offer a 'no room cleaning' option. A kettle would be nice as well.

Big, clean rooms. They have the lovely option of giving up room cleaning and towel change every day in exchange for a drink per day. The location is 2 minutes walking from the Belvedere entrance and 15 minutes from the inner town. The suggested car park is 3 minutes walkin on the opposite side. It's safe and very convenient. Lots of supermarkets, fast food places, cafes and a beer hall in the area.

The hotel front looks at a busy street with very limited possibilities to stop by car and parking should be find elsewhere. But it can be solved by a public parking house not so far.

The room was clean and spacious with two big windows. The hotel provided us with a crib for our daughter, which was very helpful. The hotel is located near a train station from which you can take a train to the airport.

The deal for not making the room (5 €) it’s very poor, it’s not enough). The lobby and area to the elevator it’s not pretty. The room is not very confortable and the windows are in front of the bed, so the light of the morning, even we closed the curtains, entered to the room.

Great location, close to Rennweg station, arriving to the hotel and departing for the airport was easy, nothing to worry about if you are arriving late to Vienna. Room was big, bed was comfortable. Helpful staff.

My only gripe would be that the electrical sockets were too few and were not terribly conveniently placed.

It is perfectly located. We took the direct S-bahn train (fast and cheap) from the airport and walked the 2 minutes to the hotel. For the 3 days we were in Vienna, we either walked to the centre or took trams (several stops nearby). The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter was unwell on the day we arrived and they kindly gave us a room at 1200 so she could rest. The room was spacious and had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine and kettle. Also very pleasant smelling toiletries!! We didn't order breakfast as the Viennese Cafes are half the point of visiting the city. It is not a luxury hotel but we also didn't pay luxury prices. We would definitely stay there again.

quality of bed. I don’t know the reason but the bed is basically mobile. there are wheels under the bed and that makes me uneasy to sleep through the nights. also the restroom was not super clean. I saw some black spots on the wall (probably mold) and something rose up in the middle of the bathtub. Those didnt ruin my stay in Wien that much but I didn’t find them nice I can tell.

N/A, except the price, but from research done in preparation to the trip, the price tag was not out of ordinary, accommodation prices in Vienna tend to be on a higher end.

Rooms were spacious, quiet with simple yet classic, functional design and furniture (not overcluttered), very comfy bed. Room was very clean. Breakfast options were enough, a nice mix of hearty and healthy options. The location was excellent, very close to the inner city, easy to walk and very well connected with public transport.

Great location for the Belvedere and botanic gardens not that far from a metro station and walkable to the centre (~25 mins). Breakfast was excellent and the room at the back was quiet apart from some building work in a neighbouring property.

There were construction works in the back of the hotel which woke us up one morning and there were no slippers, but these are minor things. Overall really pleasant stay with very good price.

The location was perfect - 5min walk from the train for the airport and in the back yard of Belvedere. Lidl, DM, Billa right next to it. Good neighborhood, lots of embassies nearby, not in the busy center. The staff was super nice. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily.

We selected two single beds when booking but got a queen bed… Also, you can call the front desk to ask for slippers, but you need to go down and pick it up. I was expecting a better service for this price.
