Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was so lovely that the hotel offered a small welcome gift for our baby in the room and also gave her something at breakfast to eat from. It was a really nice touch.

The building is a bit outdated, but overall it's a good value for money.
Spacious and comfortable room. A bit outdated, could use some refreshments but overall was a good staying. Hotel's location is really great. Walked back at night by myself and it was quiet and safe.

the air conditioning is an ancient type so you can not regulate yourself. it was a bit too warm inside and no one could help. it might work during the summer... but still I hope they are going to change it soon..
good location, just hop on a tram or walk 10 min and you are in the center + there is a cheap parking house nearby. staff was very helpful and kind.

Very well situated hotel - close to the city centre and transport, out of Innere Stadt's noise and hustle. Spacy and very quiet (if you choose park view) room. Rich breakfast. Helpful staff.

Gentleman on Reception was very friendly and very helpful with directions and other advice. Room was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay.

Location within easy access of trams and situated next door to Belvedere Palace gardens. Huge choice of breakfast foods, both savoury and sweet. Even had a teapot and boiling water if you love tea! Room beautifully quiet with lots of little unexpected extras like facilities for making tea and coffee, wine glasses, bottled water, safe which was easy to use

There was an issue when I tried to cancel one night due to plane cancellation. I tried to work it out with the staff but no one could do anything without the manager. It was frustrating to not be able to resolve the issue until returning to talk to the manager after I already checked out.

The area is residential and has very few options of restaurants or cafes near by.
The room and bathroom was very large. the building has an interesting history. Only a minute away from the Belvedere, 15 min to the city centre.

It can get noisy if you're choosing a street-facing room because of the cars and trams passing by. Such a room is however cheaper and closing the window will improve this considerably.
Elena from the reception has been professional and very sweet. The location is next to the Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palaces. The room was spacious, the bed very comfy and you get drinks/snacks vouchers if you choose not to have daily cleaning.

the shower is not great, more like a dribble. the fridge makes a lot of noise in the night
location is great - 15/20 minute walk to the main area of restaurants, bars etc. 5 min walk to Rennweg station (direct link to airport) superior room was nice and spacious if you stay more than 1 night, you get the option of a free drink if you do not get a cleaning service the next day lovely toiletries in the room as complimentary

Not as booked.Family room was extremely small, did not have the extra bed nor provide slippers as stated in the reservation info. Also, whereas it is a nice hotel,it is positioned quite far from the city center.
