Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was exactly what we wanted. The staff was helpful. Particularly they were very helpful when I lost a ring in the room and agreed to post it onto us after we had already left.

Central location - 10 minutes away (on foot) from the Metro stations. Near Belvedere - this is such a lovely place. Breakfast was very good. I will rate it 10/10. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Somehow the room looks a little bit old but it is not a real problem. Parking was close ( under a shopping center, 3 minutes away).

Blanket could be bigger

I booked a room with king bed but there were 2 separated blankets and both of them were small and not comfort. I expected a large blanket for a king bed. Also the Toilet looked a bit old. I expected a modern style room for a 4 star hotel. I also did not liked the location as I decided to walk for 20 minutes but I did not know there is an uphill alley to reach the hotel.

I am not very much in breakfast. So the breakfast was fine. The staff was also good.

The room size was more than enough. The location is perfect for both city sightseeing (Belvedere is literally on the hotel's doorstep) and airport access. I know it's silly, but I use the quality of toiletries as a reference for the quality of the hotel. At NH Belvedere they were top notch! Oh, and I shouldn't forget breakfast. Definitely worth the money. Proper continental buffet with options for everyone and anyone.

Actually it was very nice, we did not have any dislikes.

The spa ( sauna, steam shower, resting area with loungers and snacks). The beer we got for not requesting new towels every day. very friendly staff giving us all the little hotel things we wanted.

At exactly 7:15 on the first morning after we arrived, we were awoken by loud drilling and construction noises from outside of the room. The noise was very loud indeed, even with the windows closed. I rang reception immediately and was told that there was indeed building work taking place, but by law companies can start work at 6am if they choose. I fully accept that the hotel could do nothing about it but it would have been nice - although there was no obligation on the hotel to do so - if we had been told in advance that there was (noisy) building work taking place outside. If we had been told, then categorically we would NOT have stayed there as our first requirement (as pointed out when we booked the room) is for a QUIET room. After breakfasting in the first morning, we were shown three alternative rooms but couldn't make a decision at the time as the noise had stopped at around 10am. We said we would see how it went the next day. There was no noise on the following day, due, perhaps, to the fact that there was heavy rain early in the morning. But not knowing that this was the likely reason, we said we would stay in our room. But of course, on the next three mornings the drilling started at exactly 7:15 each day. We didn't pursue the matter any further as we had only two more mornings to suffer and there probably wouldn't have been a suitable alternative room available anyway. In summary, we were unfortunate to stay at the Belvedere when there was (noisy) construction work taking place. It's not a reflection in any way on the hotel staff who throughout our stay were pleasant, professional and attentive. I do have to ask, however, how long these works will continue for and whether the hotel feels comfortable in not advising potential guests in advance that they are likely to be woken up at 7:15 to the sound of loud drilling.
