We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very good place where to stay for few days. It is at the stepdoor of the U3 line 10 min from the center, all kind of shops facilities down the street. The shared room is casual but functional and clean. Staff is very kind and communicative. You'll appreciate your stay.

NetherlandsTowels need an update. The building itself, the facade, entrance, and stairs haven't been done in decades! Very old building with zero maintenance. There was rubbish on the floor in the hallway of the building. 4th floor with no lift.
It was quiet and clean (all basic but clean and tidy). The bedroom had a lock to keep your belongings safe. Good communication with the host, he brought something to eat as we left early morning, that was a very nice gesture :)

Czech RepublicI couldn´t find any information that the flat is shared (in case you travel alone or in 2 people). We were a little bit surprised after our arrival that two other people lived there with us. Bathroom and kitchen is shared for both rooms. In the kitchen and in the small bedroom (we had) there is no chair / table where you could sit down and eat your meal. I travel with my friend and the bed in our bedroom was just right for us. I couldn´t imagine my 185 cm tall dad would sleep there with somebody.
