The rooms are not very clean, sometimes even dusty. The carpet had holes..it was really strange.

Location is great - right on the river bank, with amazing view. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really nice and food was delicious. The hotel is big, with it's own big parking.

In my opinion, everything was fine. Maybe, there could be some blanket in room because in the evening was little bit cold and little bit longer curtain because it didnt cover the whole block of windows.

The hotel was situated at Danube river bank, approximately 15 minutes by walk from main square. Room was clean and there was everything I need. Personel was nice and helpful.

Although reception people were very kind and nice, they did not feel able to call the Translation (luggage was missing) or to help me out with finding a solution.

The breakfast was outstanding. Big choice, self-made jam, Muesli, Porridge, grilled vegetables... and so much more. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to enjoy all of the specialities ... and therefore, some people would say it is a bit expensive (24 €/day). But still... fantastic choice !

I was not informed either in advance or when I checked in that in August there is no room cleaning service if you are staying one or two nights .

Location is right next to the river and about a comfortable 10 minute level walk to the main square .

The hotel room interior is quite dated.

Check-in hassle-free, staff were very friendly. Ample parking available directly in front of the hotel. Very nice location on the river bank, nice for a stroll or a run. Walking distance to city center.

I know there is no air conditioning but a fan would have been nice. Bad timing with room near (over) amphitheatre due to noise would have been nice to be offered another room with staff being aware of the use of the amphitheatre

I left my chargers in the hotel, and the staff said they will send them to me by post. But they never arrived. Could be lost by the postal service though...

The views from the hotel are superb, towards the river or towards the city. Staff was great. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, variable with local options.

Our particular room was at the top floor - and had an extra door that was locked. It was kind of weird feeling not knowing where the door leads, or if no one will enter through it. The beds head rest was all cracked - that you could see the headrest filling, that was not good looking and would need fixing in my opinion. Some of the property outside of the hotel could use some work.

I really liked the position of the hotel. The morning breakfast view of the river is really nice. The hotel was all really clean. And the bathrooms were looking really nice, clean and stylish. The staff was super nice to us the whole time.

The only little thing was the coffee machines were very slow and not enough of them during the busy breakfast period.

We were cycling the Danube and the hotel was super. It offered a bike storage room and is in a great location. It serves a delicious varied breakfast in a spacious room. It’s very close to old town and the sights of Linz….i would highly recommend.

The staff in the restaurant bar. They stopped showing the UEFA quarter final match, and didn't make any explanation to the customers. When I asked the.manager of the restaurant, he was so rude

Parking price, but it's the same everywhere nowadays. There's no option to park elsewhere. However, you pay 17 eur for 24h, so next day after checkout you can leave the car in the parking and spend a few hours in the city.

Very clean room, comfortable beds. Hotel is in perfect location, view to the river is also nice. Breakfast was very good.
