If I HAD to say anything negative, it would only be that the staff seemed to lack a little enthusiasm. I found all the staff generally professional and polite but most of them (there were a couple of exceptions including the young guy who checked the TV and the lovely lady who lent me her jump leads!) seemed quite unhappy to be there/extremely bored. I don't necessarily think this is the worst thing in the world, just a shame... If the hotel wasn't so fantastic I think this would be more of an issue for customers. With a little more effort engaging with guests (and first rather than waiting on the guest to come to them) and some smiling, this hotel really would be pretty perfect.

I booked this hotel very last minute for work but chose here specifically so I could incorporate some rest/relaxation at the same time! And I'm so glad I did! The hotel is beautifully designed and has an effortlessly calming energy which is complimented by being so close to the water. The room was very modern but cosy at the same time. Everything I needed was right there and placed where most convenient. The rooms have clearly been designed thoughtfully with all types of guests in mind. There was nothing in there that hadn't been placed with attention to detail ie. where/who/what it would be needed for. I loved this. My room was one of the smallest and at the back of the building. Because the room was so lovely, it didn't bother me. Everything is spotless also, from the rooms to the pool! An extra highlight is definitely the breakfast. So much choice and so fresh and tasty. I will absolutely be back alone and/or with my husband!

Phenomenal hotel! A great place to relax. It provides such peace and relaxation. Everything was so comfortable and pleasant for us. The interior is phenomenal! Great breakfast, coffee too! I would really like to come back here again. The cleanliness was also very high. The warmth that this hotel gives off really leaves a great impression. Thank you very much for everything! See you in another day! 🩵

This place was such a great surprise. Couldn’t tell from the images just how well designed it is, how much attention to details ✨ The breakfast was delicious and with enough options. The lake area around, although in December, was very serene and beautiful. They also have the sauna and the pool which are great add-ons to have. I think we got a bigger room than the one we booked, but it was amazing. D

I stayed at the Nils hotel. I want to recommend it to everyone... everything is perfect here: the reception, the room, the staff and the place... I am a very perfectionist (by nature), but at Nils! no, I found shortcomings. It is very modern and qualitative.

The thing that it's not a door when you enter in the bathroom,so in the night if you want to take a shower,the other person from the room might be disturbed,the price a bit high even though it was a "black friday" "discount"
