Our room was with window to railroad, which was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

We stayed for 3 nights, and no one came to the room to change towels or empty the trash bin. The room wasn't soundproof enough and we could hear the really loud neighbors from next door. Also, the shower having no door was really uncomfortable. There could also be a bench or something so that we wouldn't have to place our luggage on the floor.

Nice bed and pillows. Nice location, with a tram stop right outside (7 stops to city's center) and 5 minutes away from the train station with a direct train to the airport.

Close ro railroad tracks so noisy. First room we got overlooked the train tracks and it was very very noisy. The train went by approximately every 2 minutes. We requested a quiet room and then we got one with a inner courtyard view. That room was great, you could still hear the train but more as a light background sound. It was also bigger. Parking at to hotel rediculosly expensive.

Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Tram that takes you to city center in front (u bahn 10 minute walk). Has Google Chrome cast (although we couldn't get ours running) and screen mirroring. Also playing cards were a nice surprise and automatic pancake maker!

It would have been better if the mirror in the bathroom was not fitted so high, not height friendly for shorter people

It was annoying that we only got one big towel and every day had to ask for a new one because cleaning lady could just leave two. Also cleaning lady throw away part of my contact lenses box which was extremely annoying and I could use my contacts. Breakfast was basic and not worth the price- only nice was pancakes machine and good coffee.
