Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

not much - we had some wifi issues but they got resolved with the help of staff. But that is all - and we were there 3 nights.
seems out of the way but frequent transport at the foot of the hotel. Very quiet clean and spacious room, comfortable. bed, nice bathroom - little touches at the reception and good breakfast (varied). friendly efficient staff.

Low Battery in the remote control, Trains running all night long, no chnace to open the window

Nothing, it was all great ☺️
What a great place! It's really modern and hipster, with a bar that has board games and table football as well as some quiet corners to chill in. You pay extra for breakfast but it's an excellent buffet. Our room was on the top floor and was clean, quiet and cool (air con ✅). Staff are very helpful and friendly and speak English. The hotel is also right across the street from the tram that takes you into town, and there's also a super traditional Austrian gasthaus where you can get excellent value food. I'd definitely recommend the Niu group of hotels - we will stay there again!

I personally am not a big fan of bathrooms (shower and sink) being connected to the bedroom, but it’s a minor issue and a matter of design. Room could have a minibar/fridge.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, next to tram #2 that takes you to downtown and train station (one stop to Prater). Tasty and varied breakfast (including really good coffee), comfortable beds, quiet AC (especially during the night). Room was clean and of decent size.

They could have cleaned our room more than once over the 4 nights we stayed. Also had to ask for new towels.
Great lounge area for working from and outdoor area too. Breakfast was good, lots of variety.

Restaurant open only for breakfast. Could be noisy from ventilation if another guest has forgotten to switch it off.
Quiet room, located in the middle of the building. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning.

The regular rooms are quite small. It's not an impediment, but if you prefer more space, make sure you upgrade from Standard Not enough space to hang the towels
Young vibe, friendly ambiance, welcoming, clean, next to the 2 tram stop (takes you directly down town), a lot of CSR initiatives, diverse breakfast. Available terrace in the back

Garden works only until 7pm which is a shame during hot summer nights. Snack bar is open until 11pm but you have to sit inside.

Breakfast was very nice with variety of options. Good ambience, easy transport options, good and hygiene maintenance of rooms. Highly recommend. ( free drink coupons if room service not required for a day)

Inability to pay with american express card. Open bathroom concept in room is stylish, but doesn't offer privacy while traveling with spouse.
Bluetooth soundbar in room is uncommon feature, but very good idea. Breakfast is tasty, with wide variety of choices.

No hair dryer.
The neighbourhood is quiet, tram stop is just in front of the building. Parking is free at the week-ends, otherwise there is a P+R parking lot in a 2-3 minutes walk.

The room was for us a little bit uncomfortable, as there was no fridge, no glasses, too little space where to put our baggage, etc. Also, our room looked at the subway and it was impossible to open the window because of the noise. And note that it takes around 45 minutes on foot to get to the center.
The hotel is very modern, everything was clean in the room.

WIFI outages, I was on business and this was disruptive
Generally, the Front Desk Staff "Anna" and Suhanna" were very helpful, they provided me with city information, travel, restaurants, however, we had an electrical outage and the front desk person was rude, I think he is Greek. When I asked him an approximate time, he said he did not know, very rudely and then went on to stay maybe 3 days, totally unacceptable behaviour. When I returned, the Bartender later informed me that by law there is a 2 hr limit for power restoration.

The location is perfect. Tram No. 2 stops in front of the Hotel and takes you downtown. Do not omit to order the excellent breakfast. Space garage, but a bit expensive.

The electricity went out for a couple of hours during our stay. But this probably wasn't the hotels fault.
