The shower screen and shower head attachment were broken. The rest of the room was fine, but this relatively easy fix had been forgotten about.

Within 7 minutes walk to a metro station and 10 to the front gate of the Prater park, as well as places to eat for a quick bite. Very friendly and helpful man on front desk - spoke English.

There is a construction work right outside the hotel which made it very hard for us to sleep due to the noise. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The light turn off when you are in the toilet... wc in common, automatic check in but doesn't work good, no reception at all no one there if you have problem , locations OK, no air conditioner, the windows is broken we couldn't can open it. There are road work just near the hotel.....

Very good location near two metro stations, staff were very accommodating and looked after our luggage for several hours after checking out as our train wasn’t until the late evening. Decent room for the price (if a bit small) and good shower.

The facilities in the listing pictures seemed more updated and better than the reality. The room was sparsely decorated, with only a bed, wardrobe, small shelving unit and a sink and shower. There was no kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, which should be standard for a hotel nowadays. This should have been more explicit in the listing. The pillows and sheets were very poor quality. There was grime behind the bed (out of sight) and an open bar of milka that had fallen behind the radiator from a previous guest. What was provided was not worth the price, as it was very basic accommodation and did not live up to the pictures. There was also very loud construction on the street which started before 7am on weekdays, disrupting our sleep.

The location was easily accessible to public transport and a reasonable walk to the city centre. The building was quiet and the room and shared bathroom were fairly clean.

We had a room with a shared toiletry which was super uncomfortable, especially at night. Also there was a construction going on right next to our hotel, and it woke us up supper early every morning. The rooms do not have air conditioning which is something to keep in mind because there is not much space and it can get hot very fast.

The staff was amazing! very polite from the beginning till the end. The hotel stairs are very pretty, the whole hotel gives out an old traditional vibes, which was what we wanted to be honest. It was also pretty clean for the price that we paid.

The hotel needs a refreshing renovation. There were no night lights in our room. There is no air conditioning. Some of the rooms have a shared bathroom and toilet. There is construction work nearby and it is sometimes noisy, but this is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is within walking distance of many of Vienna's attractions. The hygiene is good. Check-in is easy. There are shops and restaurants nearby. A large urban transport hub Praterstern is also very close, from where you can take the metro, tram or bus

The drain of the bathroom is a little bit clogged. House-keeping does not include tidying beds. There is no tooth mug, paper cup is provided instead...And there is no shower gel provided

It is close to U-Bahn. And there are lots of restaurants nearby... The toilet light is too sensitive, it frequently turns on and off. However, the receptionist has followed up this very promptly ...

Behind the bed was some rubbish the room service probably forget to clean. We would also appreciate a presence of a kettle to make some tea or coffee.

We were squeezed in a single room with a large single bed by the wall, so one of us had to climb trough another if wanted to get out of the bed.

Very small room, no way to control the temperature. The heating was on all the time on a very high setting, even with the window open we couldn't sleep, radiator was right next to our bed.

We got the room for very very cheap considering the location, had every essentials for the night.

the bathroom light turns on automatically but stays on for a long time after you leave. If you need to go to the bathroom at night, as the bathroom has glass on top, all the light from the bathroom illuminates the room, it is uncomfortable. The bathroom needs to be better cleaned in the shower part, the water took a long time to go down. You need to remove the piece from the bathroom drain and clean it, you could see its dirt.
