The window didn't have blinds. People from opposite blocks of flats had viewing to the room. The toilet smells badly. There was too hot and we couldn't set up the temperature. The matres were the cheapest, I believe, as it was not comfortable at all. We both had the back pain all morning. The duvet and the pillow cover were sintetic, which caused even hotter and uncomfortable sleep. The wardrobe had broken door hinges, and it wasn't safe to open it. Finally, the remote control didn't have one battery, and then using the tv was pointless.

We liked the localisation. And it was close to not expensive garage.

There was not cleaning services the 3 days we stayed and it has no employees, not even at the reception. Also the price isn’t worth it..

The room, and especially the location, falls far short of expectations as it is nowhere near the city centre. To make matters worse, when we returned early Sunday morning after a night out, we found people sleeping in the entranceway, which was quite unsettling.

Big disappointment! We arrived in the evening at the hotel and there was nobody.In the entrance spiders were everywhere,I think for days nobody cleaned the hall,elevater was not working and our room was on third floor,we used our phone to see the stairs because ther was no ekectrisity on second and third floor.Room was very small dirty no air condition and the bigest disappointment was when a girl who was turist also at the hotel said to us that we have shared bathroom!!! In the room there was a sink but broken so no water. No parking also even in booking was parking place. We left this hotel,even that we payed a day before on booking. What we saw on booking there were completely other photos with other conditions. We wre lucky to find another hotel and our stay in Vienna was very good and pleasent. I recommend to everybody dont make a mistake to book this hotel just AVOID it

We were told there was a shower in the room, but there wasn’t. Not even a toilet. We called the emergency line after calling multiple numbers to try and contact the hotel staff in the afternoon and got no response. They did not change us rooms or do anything to make it right.

I arrived at 17. Max to check in is 20. Tried to enter the room, but the keys were not in the key box. I found my key box already set up with the code provided via email and inside, no keys. Contacted the number of the property. 5 calls, no answer. Sent messages to the WhatsApp, the lady who was supposed to help me said “she was too busy” and couldn’t help. I waited 2 hours and afterwards I was told the room I booked a month in advance was not available and only they said “go find another hotel”. No apologies, no explanation. Unbelievable

There was a large mold stain above the shower. Disinfectant spray dispenser next to the toilets have been empty during my stay. However, this is essential with shared toilets in one corridor. Besides that, furnishings are a bit run down, e.g. sliding doors of the shower were out of their rail.

On brand to the name: very central location, easy to find from Praterstern. Decent matress.

I think it’s time for an upgrade. the carpet was so dirty and stained and the bedding is was worn out and didn’t look clean either. details about the rooms should be specified to the people booking, I met a couple who went back and wouldn’t stay there because they felt like they got scammed. The toilets were shared on my floor, the showers depended on your luck I guess, but the shared one literally had mold on the ceiling

The elevator was out of service and we had to bring the luggage upstairs, no personal, no breakfast, and the automatic machine in the bottom of the building did not accept credit card and neither had cups. Moreover, there was 2 little towels.

We picked this room based on the description that there will be at least a fan. But there was nothing, no AC, no fan, nothing. And all of that in the middle of July. I complained, and we agreed on 50% refund. In the end, the hotel refunded less than 20%.

Where to begin... - The elevator was broken for the duration of the stay, and we were on the third floor which is not ok! I tried contacting Dugi and Nazar, the numbers that we are given in the room, but they didn't respond at all. -MOLD!! Disgusting mold in the bathroom, we shouldn't be paying for any accommodation that has mold! That's literally a bare minimum expectation - the lamp on the table worked for only one night and then it was dead - wifi sometimes worked sometimes didn't! Wifi should always be working not stop for a few hours! -the light in the hallway to get to the room was barely working, basically walking in the dark and trying to get in the room in the dark -there is an option for a cleaner to clean the room if you put up the sign on the door, which we did once because all we wanted was to have the bins emptied. But we did that and no one cleaned our room -The curtains were broken so we couldn't adjust them to block the sun in the morning -bed and pillows uncomfortable - tv remote had leaking batteries! - floor had stains all over

Location was the only thing acceptable. It was easy to get around vienna from this location and also nearby there are a lot of cafes, shops and more.
