I’ve booked an en-suite room but when I arrived I’ve got a room with shares bathroom and the bathroom were completely mouldy, smelly and disgusting. I couldn’t stay in that room. I called the responsible for the place and after 3 hours trying they answered my call and said I could get my money back, but unfortunately i didn’t get anything.

Very very average. Room wasn't ready on time and the hotel didn't seem to care, despite their unusually late 4pm check in time. Not very clean and facilities are very dated.

The place didn't look like a hotel. The room wasn't clean also the mattress and bathroom. We didn't feel very comfortable. We were glad that we don't have to spend more than one night there. Accommodation was quite cheap but many hostels are more comfortable.

The self-check-in was very good, easy without any problems.

The entry lobby was in a mess. Wallpaper ripped, leaflets and packages scattered untidily; the "garden" smoking area could have been pleasant but was also in a mess. Our room was tiny with the small double bed pushed into a corner; difficult for the inner person to get out of bed. The shower cubicle was open with the doors leaning against the bathroom wall. We managed to hang them again but they really need replacing.

Getting there and into the room was easy; just 10 minute walk from Praterstern station on the U1 underground line. The entry instructions worked just fine as did the electric sockets in the room.

No luggage storage when the receptionist isn't there (which is most of the time).

The beds were very comfortable, the room was comfortable and light! Tthe receptionist was very helpful when there, lovely building, good location, very clean. We got a good last minute deal.

I did not find any flip-flops provided in the room.

The room itself was passable, but the beds left much to be desired in terms of comfort. Overall, it was a fairly decent space. However, the shower, located within the room, had a loose door. This resulted in the entire room becoming filled with vapor and humidity during use. Additionally, there was no separate toilet facility within the room.

The sheets did really stink. The bathroom had old soap and no showergel and shampoo. Only 2 Towels and none for the floor.

The walls are rather thin and I was able to hear most of what the people in the room next to mine were up to. The bathroom had a funny smell (but that's might have been only the detergent used for cleaning).

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and located conveniently right next to the Prater. While the rooms are small, even the single room came with a double bed.

It was really near the city centre and personal was very helpful, also if you are going to the airport next day as we did, there is a great connection just 5 min by feet: train station Praterstern where we took S7 train that dropped as at the Schwechat airport in about 30 minutes. Recommend!

The automatic check-in machine did not work and this was an issue for me. For 2 evenings in a row I found myself in front of my room without being able to access it. I could reach the staff on the phone and they help me find alternative ways to access the room within 20 min. Things like this can happen once, but not twice. Considering the very minimal service provided, I find the place to be expensive.

It is a very simple, quite and easy accommodation, very conveniently located. Even if my experience this time was disappointing, I would consider going to the same place next time.

The building next to the hotel is a construction site so when we arrived we couldn't rest well between 14-16 because of the notice (mid April 2024). A possibility for an extra pillow in the wardrobe would have been appreciated for people like me that sleep on harder and higher pillows. If I could stack 2 would have been better for my sleep. Unfortunately I did not sleep well regardless the nice conditions and the calm and relaxing environment at night. I can't think of any other suggestions or comments.

The location, luggage room available from 9:00 until check-in. It was supposed to be a small double bed but I believe it was 140cm so we were really comfortable. The shower and water in the romm were good since the toilet was outside the romm (which has never been a problem). The hotel was fully booked but it did not feel much like that (only on the last night I heard the people above us walking). An elevator is available so it wasn't a problem with the big luggage. We liked our small and budget friendly room!
