This is such a nice hotel for the price! We needed to fill one night after leaving Hallstatt early to come back to Vienna and this was perfect. The location is unbeatable- down town near all the shopping and restaurants. The windows kept it cool and we enjoyed the sounds of the street below at night. It was contactless check in so it was super easy to use our code and get to our room with no problem. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Really big bathroom! Would definitely stay here again.

Signage for name of hotel not easily visible from street ; inconvenient to have to ask locals for directions with difference in languages - Itook more than an hour to find it . The entrance was not well- marked : street number was in a depressed space 10 feet from the sidewalk , and the name Opera Suites was painted high above street level, without flags to help strangers locate it. Booking . Com could have given us a. picture of bus; the street number was within a depressed space 10-12 ft from street . It took 30 min before staff answered doorbell , once we found property. That was a waste of OUR valuable 2 days in Vienna! We hold Booking. com responsible for these two difficulties and believe YOU could make future visitors more prepared.

Very small bathroom had to walk sideways to get to the toilet , had to dry off in the room. Safe needs to be higher had to get on hands and knees to get into it, not easy when you're a senior.

The best place for old ladies in Wien. Everything is close: Operahouse, Sacher cake shop, Hop on hop off bus station, taxi...Very clean rooms, easy check in. Nespresso and cold water in room. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Opera Suites Vienna. The location is simply perfect—right in the heart of Vienna, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. We went to the opera, which is only 100 meters from the hotel—an incredibly convenient experience! The room was very clean and comfortable, with thoughtful little details like earplugs, which made our stay even more pleasant. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. We left Vienna for a ski trip to Saalbach, and my son accidentally forgot his toiletry bag with his contact lenses in the room. Without his lenses, he couldn’t ski. I reached out to the hotel, and Nicole immediately took action. She found the bag through housekeeping and sent it to our hotel in Saalbach the very next day. What’s even more amazing—she didn’t charge us anything for the shipping and did it completely out of kindness. This level of care and hospitality is rare, and we are truly grateful. Highly recommended!

It was all great.

Right in the centre of everything, couldn’t ask for a better location, though no noise in the room. Very clean. Amazingly helpful staff. Tea and coffee provided & also toiletries and water. Great shower & comfy beds. Really good value.

Just two things we didn’t like: a few flying bugs (maybe gnats?) in the room and a powerful heating system we were unable to turn off, keeping the room too warm for our taste. Keeping the windows open helped some. However, we like having control of the temperature in the room.

We loved the location of this property! Very central to all points of interest, stores, restaurants and public transportation. Conveniently located at the beginning/end of a pedestrian zone.

Great location for a weekend getaway. Host was responsive, sent thorough instructions, and quickly answered the phone and walked us through using the keypad when we arrived. Beds were the most comfortable we've had in Europe. Because of the privileged location, and depending on what room you select, you may hear street noise. Host left earplugs by the bedside which was a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the coffee machine, plates, cutlery, coffee cups, glasses. Small lift is an added bonus especially when bringing up luggage. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Our second stay at a Pension Opera Suite. And the location is sooo good! Surprised how good the location was. The outside and inside was really beautiful. The staff were super lovely and quick to help with any queries. It had everything we needed.

Advice to people trying to find the hotel, it's a small dark door with " 47 " written, in between the stores. Then ring the hotel name button.

Beautiful, traditional European style making you feel you're really in Europe. Lots of water, teas, coffees and sweet treats which were a nice touch. Also loved that the hotel wrote a personalised note to welcome me!

It's a tricky place to find, there is no sign on the doorway, it's just a little door tucked in an alcove between two shops. Very difficult, it really needs better signage- even google maps was confused! Also there was no facilities to leave baggage until check in or after check out. This was pretty inconvenient.

The shower box was a little bit small for me, a 1,83m person.

Oh my God the location! You can see the Opera House from the hotel windows and you go down straight to one of the main pedestrian streets in Vienna, heading directly to the St. Stephan's Cathedral. Next to the hotel, there is a vienese hot dog stand (Von Kaizer iirc) perfect for late check-ins. Entering the hotel is very easy with password locked doors; the beds were very good and comfortable.

I stayed in the hotel for two days. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The best thing is that it is located in a very beautiful place. All the restaurants are below you. The smart check-in did not delay us at all. It was very easy for me. I will stay again when I return to Vienna.
