Hotel is in excellent location. Walking distance to the main square and shopping. Friendly staff and a variety of choice for breakfast. Room was big and spacious but could do with a bit of modernising. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is elegantly and perfectly located in the Altstadt Graz. My room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great.

The location is just in the center of town and close to tram station. The newly renovated rooms allow you to feel like in the kings suite.

The only thing I liked was the location. The hotel is old, the standard double room is written in the description 20 sq m but it is around 10 sq m (we had room 121 ) The breakfast is 19 euro , and it is not worth Never return!

no service to bring luggage to the room and down upon check out. Staff oblivious. Room needs maintenance and repair job.. Floor paguet coming out and floor is uneven. Wood frame of window is rotten not painted nor repair. Bath Tub is slippery and dangerous can slip easily...

It is located in the heart of the city, really nice neighbourhood. Our room was very big and the beds were very nice, also I liked the corridors with all the plants, gave it a home vibe. Didn´t make it to breakfast but the guys working in the bar downstairs are true proffessional mixologists!

It seemed like we were given one of the hotel's forgotten rooms. The central heating was off, and I had to turn it on. One of the reasons for staying in a hotel is to have a break from taking care of crap like this. One of the pillows was dirty. Also, the hotel smelled moldy. They don't accept Apple Pay.

The location was perfect. They brought us a blanket, bowl, and welcoming gift for our dog. When I complained about a dirty pillow, they apologized profusely and remedied the situation.

I love this hotel! It was cleaner, nicer, friendlier than I could have imagined. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and it's quiet! What a wonderful place to stay It's in the center of everything which means it's easy to come back just for a quick rest. The staff speaks great English but you can practice your German..they also will hold your bags of you arrive early or leave after checkout. I considered staying an extra day just to enjoy this hotel. They have a great sauna and a relax room. I might try to just live here for a while this summer.
