The first thing that surprised me was how easy it was to check in. We were sent the self check-in instructions in advance and were able to check in quickly and easily as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Everything is in the vicinity of the hotel. We were able to visit all the spots we needed for our trip to Vienna within a 15 minute walk and found great restaurants and bars in the restaurant district around the hotel without having to go into the city. You can even walk to the city & central station, and with the subway right in front of you, you can easily get everywhere. The hotel has everything you need for cooking and there is a locker where you can leave your luggage. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It is right next to the subway but there was no noise. This was a great hotel for visiting Vienna.

In our room, the cabin shower was placed in the room that served also the bedroom. It’s not a big minus, but i think this is a information that has to be put in the description.

Very clean, this is indeed a big plus. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to check in and check out, everything works by using an entrance code. Very close to center of wiena (20min walking) and to metrostation (2 min walking).

Staff was so helpful, warm and nice. We arrived earlier than planned, she offered to keep our bags in the room while we wait down in the lounge area. She cleaned the room quickly so that we could use the room asap.

The bed is formed of two single person mattresses. They move a lot and will form a gap in the middle of the bed. Also, the room was quite noisy, we could hear everything from the street.

Very clean, very close to the center, we could easily use the public transport or even walk to the Stephanplatz, Schonbrunn, Belvedere and other points of interest. The host was very polite and helpful too.

The lady in charge of the establishment is the kindest and most helpful. The room (and all of the pension’s spaces) was really clean. There was always hot water for shower and the room’s temperature was perfect. No need to carry keys because the doors open with 4-digit passwords. There are lockers for the luggage, really handy if you arrive early or leave late.

Th shower is in the room with transparent glass so it may be uncomfortable for some people.

The location is great, very close to the city center. There is a common kitchen in the hotel so we could have tea/coffee whenever we needed. Bed was comfortable and room was quite. We got everything we needed!

The rooms are on the ground floor, so the curtains must be drawn all the time for privacy, and there is very little natural light due to that.

Very good location and a nice host. The room was well equipped and had all the necessary things. The bathroom was private and the shared kitchen offered coffee and tea for free. Check-in and check-out were very easy as well.

The storing facilities are minimal, for some may be quite insufficient if bringing lots of stuff. The walls of the building are very thick and in some rooms the mobile phone signal may be very low to absent, you'd have to rely on the wifi or get out in order to speak; but there are several networks and the quality of the signal varies. No air conditioning, which may be a problem in hot days, but due to thick walls inside feels cooler than outside; there was a fan in the room though. The nearest metro station, Pilgramgasse, is maybe the only one without an elevator or escalator, so watch out if you have heavy suitcases, you'll have to carry up on the stairs, otherwise you'd have to get out at another station and walk or use other transport means. The trains can be heard, as the metro line is not far and is a surface one, but the noise is soft and dull, not very intrusive.

Good location, in the center of the city, near a metro station and other public transport means; it is on a direct metro line (U4) from the CAT or the S7 train from the airport; it can also be reached directly by bus (13A) from the main train station (Hauptbahnhoff). Small venue, all rooms at ground level. Generously sized rooms. Very clean; cleaning in the rooms at least twice a week. Comfy bed. Very fast wifi with constant signal. A kitchen and eating space in the basement, with many useful things, including a coffee machine and free coffee. A very nice and welcoming host. My room was facing an inner court and thus was quite silent. The traffic in the area is usually low (thus there is not much noise) and there are parking spaces around. A few very useful shops for everyday needs are close by and, near the metro station, there are some fast food facilities open at late hours (most restaurants close at 10 or 11 PM in Vienna and eating at late hours may be difficult, although for drinking only one can find many places open until much later).

The location isn't bad but also not perfect. There are tall buildings next to the windows of some rooms so daylight can't get in that well. Also the place could benefit from a reception desk.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, great price, nice room with its own bathroom and a nice host. I liked that there was a kitchen available to use in case you didn't want to eat at a restaurant or buy expensive water bottles. It's a perfect place to stay especially if you are travelling for work and only need a quiet, comfortable place to sleep or relax.
