Peaceful quiet location, beautiful views, easy access to the cross-country trails, 15 minutes by car to the slopes. The house is clean and nice smelling. But the very best of all are Stephanie and Raphael, the operators of the house, who give you the impression that they are happy to have you staying at their place. You can even order fresh bread Stephanie bakes every morning. Such nice people who make your day!

Fantastic Guesthouse with Exceptional Staff! We recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful guesthouse, and we must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Every team member truly cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to recommend places to visit in the area. The guesthouse's location is perfect – situated in a quiet part of the city, yet still close to all the main restaurants and shops. We had easy access to the places we wanted to enjoy. It was the ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings. The room was spacious, modernly decorated, and very clean. Every detail was well thought out, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was stunning. The breakfast was plentiful and made with fresh, local ingredients – a great way to start each day. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay and highly recommend this guesthouse. The breakfast was very good, staff were really friendly and helpful. The area is really quiet and nice, with walking access to hiking trails and nature. We booked a family room, our kinds enjoyed the bunk beds.

The location is walking distance to Ramsau, cross-country track is right behind the house and small slope for downhill as well. But mainly the care we have got from Anna and Stephanie was really exceptional. They are so nice and caring. They really made our stay exceptional.

A wonderful place with very friendly, professional staff. We had an absolute wonderful room with amazing views. Sitting on the balcony in the evening looking at the view was an absolute joy. Easy access to Schladming and Ramsau im Dachstein. The breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice of homemade foodstuffs. We will undoubtedly hope to use this place again in the future.
