Slightly cramped, especially for where to put and open a case, but otherwise fine.

I wish that there would be a mini fridge in the rooms instead of the hall, for the protection of my items. I also wish there was a safe in the room to keep my passport

Not really a dislike, but lack of coffee making facilities in the room, although I think that's standard in Austria

Very comfy beds. Great location. Huge rooms, nice bathroom, perfect room temperature. Traditional feel. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again. A fridge to use outside the room too was handy.

Great experience in 2 star pension. Good location, nearby the parliament and "ring". Everything was clean, beds comfortable, service always at disposal. So - usually I don't stay at this kind of accomodation while this time i wanted something mew for a change, far less fancy and I didn't regret at all. I have to add also that my room was super quiet and sleeping there was excellent. I am very happy to booking this pension. Thanks .. and maybe we see again, why not 😃

They didn’t change towels and linens at all even I stayed 3 nights.

Tram and Subway stations are close so it’s easy to go out. Staff are kind and nice.

Great location in the little street near Rathaus Cathedral, lots of nice café, supermarket near by. The building is charming with ancient vibe of the past. The guy at the Reception is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and always smile - danke schön :) Room is good enough for a short stay with all you need to feel safe and comfortable. Thank you

There is no place to put some soap on the shower. It should be slipper on the room. Hotel can add air conditioner and trashcan on the room

very clean, in a central location, very close to the city hall and the central Christmas market, the staff very friendly, the room large and very comfortable, perhaps a little expensive. I was completely satisfied
