Noise from other people in other rooms when they came to the hotel was loud and could see their legs moving through small slit at the lower part of the room door.

The hotel lies in excelelnt location. Lady in charge was superexcellent. Trust in asking to leave the keys on table in the room and leave is exceptional

Check-in was a bit of a hassle because I'm in Europe with a U.S. phone and didn't get the check-in email on my phone while on the train to Vienna.

The room wa clean and up to date. Everything worked properly - towel warmer, heating, etc.

Easy access to the facility, and room - via key-box, no need to meet someone at the reception, especially, when you arrive late. Good location - metro station is around the corner, street food market is 2 min walk.

The entrance of the building is a bit shady

Close to HBF 10 mins walk or one metro stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy check in. Room was clean and spacious

Room had no air conditioning, despite having an air conditioning unit visible in the room and a note on the website saying that it was possible to use it at an extra cost. I queried this before arriving, and I was told that there was no air conditioning in any room, at all, despite offering to pay. As it was late August, with well over 32°C each day, it was quite difficult to sleep at night. There was a fan provided, but it was not great for the whole room. With air conditioning, this room would be perfect for a short stay.

The room has air-conditioner that is disconnected from electricity without possibility to turn it on. As it was very hot in the end of June, there only option was to open the windows which are above sport-bar with a lot of noise.

The room was very clean and quite spacious for one person. Located near train station, so it's easy reachable from airport.

Fenster zu Gudrun Straße,aber war ok The room was non-smoking, but the bathroom and toilet smelled of smoke. I don't know whether it came from the ventilation system or whether someone had smoked there the day before.

Just one thing...whilst the bedroom was very clean, and the ensuite bathroom was too, there was a very strong smell of smoke in the bathroom which the reception staff are now aware of, and will endeavour to rectify.

Light and airy room, clean bedding, comfortable bed. On a busy street but good double glazing so noise not a problem. Contactless access worked OK (though access door isn't easy to spot in the dark!). Staff on reception really friendly and helpful 🙂

The offer of a smoking room on the site, but no response and there are numerous warning about smoking in the building which could incur fines of up to 500 Euros. But no problem simply to step outside for this. Otherwise, no complaints for an overnight stay.

Easy to reach from Wien Haupt Bahnhof via U1. Tram 0 and even to walk if that suits you. The location is in the heart of the Reumannplatz Market and many shops, for everything you need or just to take a walk and look around. Check-in was super easy and I saw no known staff at all. The building was quiet and easily recognizable from the photos on the Booking.com site. I had a very sizable bathroom for a single tourist, the room was clean and my printed receipt was on the nightstand next to the bed- that was welcoming actually. There was also a safe in the room, TV, side table lamp, plenty of outlets to recharge devices, a closet to store hanging clothing, hooks for coats and jackets, and chest of drawers. I had plenty of storage space and a window facing the inner courtyard-nothing scenic to see there.

I assume a very strong-smelling detergent is used for cleaning and airing of the room did not help much, I found that a bit of a nuisance ( I only spent one night there so it was fine).

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy from the outside. A mini fridge in the room would be a great feature to add.

Room had two single beds together, not a proper double bed. Pillows were terrible - thin and only one per person.

Apparently not all the communication done by the pension staff/owner was successfully delivered to me over booking.com. As I never received the instructions on how to enter the building. But the problem was solved with a quick call. Further, it was a bit loud during the night, as there is a street right in front, and also a park and a pedestrian street, which were highly frequented during the evening and night.

Check-in and check-out are quite smooth and contactless. The room had a nice interior and was clean. I was surprised as the room was cleaned every day. It is 15 min from the central train station to the pension on foot. There are a lot of shops and stores close by as well as a subway station.

We arrived around 1:30 am and the keys were inside the building. There is no reception after 11pm so we had to wait for a guy to enter the building and get the keys
