Rooms are outdated but clean. Noise isolation is pretty horrible and you can hear everything in the room.

The place could use a refurbishment but everything is fully functional and clean.

Perfect location right next to Hofburg in a historic building with high ceilings. Very good heating of the room (visited in February). The hotel offers everything that is needed for a short stay including a quite nice breakfast.

Our room was right over the Greek restaurant and it got noisy at night. My main complaint was getting inaccurate information from the hotel staff and booking attractions. We asked in advance if we needed to reserve times for the Sisi museum and the Belvedere palace and were told no. That was not true as everything was booked up. It messed up our plans. We had to ask several times to have our room cleaned.

Great location, walking distance to the Hofburg and other sites. A good sized room in an elegant 18th century former palace.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The room was perfect - spacious and comfortable. The location was exactly where I wanted to be in Vienna. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant and breakfast was very enjoyable.

I don't like the paintings hanging in the wall. The room facilities can be improved to correspond with its star level.

The location is in the city centre with multiple restaurant options. The breakfast was okay. The room interior is classic giving you a bit sense of retro. The salon area (with tea machine and book and TV) is my favourite part of this hotel.

We would have liked tea making facilities in our room. Going down three flights of stairs, or elevator in night ware is not great - to visit a machine near ground floor. Would have liked a bar save going out in bad weather.

Carpet floors in rooms, I am not fond of those. The hotel looks a bit dated, however, the overal experience was great. Would happily go back.

Great location, convenient if you have work-related obligations in that area. So close to Stephansplatz, two tube stations within 4 min walk. Very good breakfast, liked the cheese platter in particular. Clean room and bathroom, and even that I prefer modern style hotels, it has charming vibe.

Very good location, next to a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants, close to many museums. The reception staff are very polite and answered all our questions, it is very nice that the staff takes care of the guests. the breakfast was good, the staff at the breakfast restaurant was very helpful and friendly, thanks to the hotel staff!

the bed was hard to get in and out of, the thin wall between my room and the next and common doors banging all hours of the day and night.

location was fabulous, staff were amazingly helpful and breakfast was great! Definite can do attitude at this hotel.

There was no presence of an additional pillow, and the moquette was too old (difficult to clean). I would like to find a pair of slippers for that money.
