Air conditioning is a must for such a hotel at such a prime location.

Location perfect, Breakfast Excellent, specially with very caring staff. Rooms were clean and quite but no air conditioning facility, while having a beautiful classical building in need of high quality refurbishment to make it a 5 star hotel.

The location is very good, staff is perfect polite and hospitality is perfect. The comfort of the room a little under of expectation some rooms looking to the outer corridor of building and also in my room do not have climate. Other things is so good breakfast location is perfect.

I stayed also in a 4 star hotel in budapest. That was much better. There is no air condition in a 4 star hotel. Also the bed was not nice. So in the warm weather it is not nice to stay. We also came to the hotel and we had to wait 30 min more our check in was at 14:00 pm and we checked in ar 14:30 pm.

The room was big enough and it was close to the city centre and the breakfast was really good.

Good place, in the middle of old city. Parking was organised in underground garage close to hotel (8 minutes walk), with good price. Friendly personnel. Interesting old building.

No air-conditioning due to the age of the building, but there were fans in our room which helped during rhe hot night.

Beautiful heritage hotel in the middle of Vienna, easy to reach by public transport. Comfortable rooms.furnished in traditional style, nice breakfast choices. The wifi didn't work in our room so the staff upgraded us to a suite.

The shower cubicle floor was very slippery it could do with hand grips on wall and non slip base.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance to many attractions. The staff is super! There is a coffee machine in the lobby, you can use it around the clock. The breakfast is amazing!

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, but the floor sloped a bit so our beds did too. We looked at the funny side of this. And no, we did not role out!!

I loved the hotel because it was different. It wasn’t at all what I expected. A bit quirky I suppose, and decor older than I thought but spotlessly clean. There is a lift. The staff were fabulous. As an example, on my last day just minutes before leaving my room to check out, I sent an email to reception asking if they would kindly print out an attached document for me. I wasn’t expecting this to be done immediately and was prepared for a wait but when I arrived in reception it had already been done. I kid you not, not 10 minutes lapsed between sending my email and me arriving in reception to check out. A big thank you for this. I also liked that guests handed key into reception when went out for the day - one less thing to think about and misplace. Very very short walk to shops and restaurants and various visitors attraction. Breakfast was delightful in a lovely little dining room with white tablecloths. There was no restaurant and no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms but guests could help themselves to tea and coffee at any time. I often did this on my way to my room at night. I would recommend this hotel. I would indeed stay here again if I visit Vienna.

No AC in room. They provided a fan, but temperature outside was near 90. We had difficulty sleeping as we are used to AC living in Florida.

Location and helpful staff. Great shower! Nice large room with modern TV and refrigerator.
