Until I knew where the hotel‘s parking garage was, I went crazy and just drove around the roads in the city center with the car. it was very stressful

The location was great, the receptionist at the hotel was really nice, we arrived early and the allowed us to do the check-in at that time. The room was clean, and it has good space. The breakfast super, you have many options sweet and salty things, really good. The wifi could be be better but was ok.

the property is so close to the main street few seconds away the stuff were helpful the breakfast needs a bit upgrade but everything else was well

Reception Albanian guy in the reception was quite rude and discriminative. In front of us he gave a room key to an Austrian man and asked whether the latter will like the room or not so that he can change it in case. When we asked isn't there another room since we didn't want a first floor room, he stated that it is the only room available. Room N117: Room and furniture highly need renovation. For 5 day of stay the room is cleaned only once.

Perfect place. Near to everything, including top sightseeings. Good breakfast. They gave a good breakfast package since we were leaving early. No kettle at room. There is a coffee machine in the reception, which gives only good something like hot chocolate(cacao) and tea. 2 ladies at the reception were supportive.

facilities are of 3 star hotel. and it’s very noisy - the internal courtyard is also a parking and a number of load-unload sounds and very loud conversations at 5-6 am ruined my sleep for two nights in a row.

- We just got there to check in and was told by an elder lady there that the elevator was broken and she was sorry that she put us on the 2nd floor. She didn’t offer anyone to help us to drag our suitcases of 22kg each going up 3 floors or at least made an offer to take care of our suitcases there until the elevator is fixed. After 20 minutes we came down for dinner and was told by her that SHE DIDNT KNOW THAT the elevator was already fixed when we checked in. Can you believe this ? - the next day we asked the same lady of a time to pick up a Hop on Hop Off bus and she looked at the schedule and told us it was 7:30 AM. We got there and found out it actually was 9:30 AM. And it was a cold morning waiting for that bus.

It was in a central location and the breakfasts were great. The staff serving breakfast was warm and welcoming.

1) the guy at the reception in the morning wasn’t nice at all although the lady was friendly. 2) no AC, luckily we are already in winter but in summer would be a total disaster. 3) very expensive compared to near hotels in Stephensplatz same category 4) no toiletries or room accessories 5) bathroom is EXTREMELY small and very narrow 6) no bellman, you bring your own luggage

the family room was very spacious but the sofa bed which was the extra 2 sleeping spaces was not comfy at all - my 2 girls are teenagers and found it really uncomfortable as a bed to sleep in. there was a lack of extra pillows too- only 1 per person.

the location was superb. it couldn’t have been better to walk around Vienna and the hotel is 2 minutes walk from the main pedestrianised shopping area as well as many of the amazing sights.
