I really liked the hotel, stayed at the hotel 4 days, the location is just the center, the statute of Plague was visible from my window. The staff is very helpful, they organized my transfer and helped me to reserve some restaurants. The breakfast area is very small but very cozy and you wont stay hungry. The room was cleaned regularly every day. Actually, my whole expectations met the reality.

There was nothing to dislike!

The location was simply the best - right in the centre of Vienna with virtually all the sights within easy walking distance . Inspite of being right in the centre of the city, the rooms are incredibly quiet as they look into an inner courtyard . Breakfast was excellent - a large and varied selection , buffet style.

The matrarres were quite thin, old, for a better sleeping enjoyment they must be improveed/changed. The carpet was very old and not in a good condition. Whitout carpet it will be much better, the feeling will be as a cleaner place.

The location is fantastic. :) The personsl was alsó very qualificated, kind, friendly.

Location is really great, right in the middle of the city centre, close to all the main attractions. The palace where the hotel is located has a very interesting historical background, and the super large rooms give the feeling of being guests at a aristocratic palace of those days, not a hotel. Staff is very helpful and personable.

Dirty walls looked like they attempted to clean with dirty cloths/water ? Decor was dated and carpets looked grubby and bald in places.

Some noises in the street (early like 6am, workers in the street)

Free coffee at a discrete living room, with a quality machine; personal very gentle. Rooms very rococco and its exactly what we wanted. Clean, comfortable. Huge beds.

Location is very central , the staff very helpful and professional. There is a taxi service to the airport available on request at the lobby.

The only think that honestly needs some attention is the pillow situation. Far too soft and thin, but this was remedies with getting more from reception to which they were happy to oblige. After such a pleasant stay, this was just an afterthought, but could make the next stay all that much better.

Breakfast was standard, nothing to write home about, but was very adequate. TBH, I don't think anyone should base their stay off of a hotel breakfast. It was diverse enough and we were full, what more could you want? With that being said, location is second to none. Everything is within a 5 minute walk! The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean. I was very happy to stay here with my family and will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Vienna.

They said tgey have parking nearby. Butvpatking so far and you have to drive 20 minutes to location and 15 minutes walk back with luggage. They should never mention parking. It is misleading. They also said they give you a duscount in oarking for 35 euro. Not true . It cost tge same if you sre a guest or not snt it was almost 40 euro. Bunch of disshonest people

staff were mostly unhelpful and not very happy to be asked questions. shocking for a busy city like this one. upon check in (4am) with 3 kids, the receptionist asked me to fill some documents, which was surprising because (we do travel a lot) we have never been asked to do this before. when I asked the receptionist why they didn’t send these by email so we didn’t have to do it at 4 am, he responded: it’s not my fault that you’re arriving at 4 am and that the documents are required by the police.

This did not feel 4 star. The decor all round was very shabby, the reception staff indifferent and there was no kettle for drinks in our room. The machine in the foyer was dreadful..the coffee undrinkable, as was the coffee at breakfast..in a city famous for coffee! The approach to the rooms was from a courtyard through a tatty door..not at all welcoming or even obvious how to get to the rooms. No one helped. The wash basin was cracked in our bathroom..this seemed to sum up the lack of care here. 3 star at tops.

The decor of the hotel. How the balconies in the hotel connected the rooms have passed building inspection I don't know. It felt like they would collapse at any time. Unhelpful advice on €43 airport taxi which actually cost us €60

old and dated. a room is a bed for most holidays. as most of the time should be spent out the hotel. that being said after a long day walking and coming back tired. a room that feels warm and comfortable wouldn’t go a miss. however the room felt dated and uncomfortable

location was brilliant. Central to all the local attractions we bought a 3 day underground ticket. aside from rapid and schobrunn palace we didn’t need it. just walked to the museum, university, parks and Belvedere.
