We just stayed there one night on our way to Salzburg and missed the breakfast in the morning. Just mentioned this to the front desk staff and they arranged coffee and croissants for us before we left.. such a nice thing.

It’s really old and needs renovations! You see to some part of the building that the wall isn’t good anymore etc. For me was too expensive for what they offered! Also I didn’t like that you have a specific table that you can eat(they choose for you) and the 2 days you are sitting there to eat everything (breakfast,evening etc)

Wi-fi signal could be better.(Few more routers etc. should help). I wish the the dinner main course was bigger :) - because it was so nice. Bigger TV in room would be nice.

Clean room, nice wellness, great hotel staff!!! Nice dinner - main course and dessert(both served and top quality)+salad buffet, soup ok. Good breakfast buffet.

No air conditioning in the rooms( if you open the window because of the noise from the nearby highway, you die from the heat), no air conditioning in the restaurant,too. Outdated design, the hotel was probably last refreshed never.

One night was good, but a longer stay would have been better to fully enjoy the space.

Breakfast offer a wide range of items both cold and hot. The rooms are simple but very clean, they have the traditional german style beds (each person has a separate mattress and duvet). The pool and spa area was very nice and there was a lot of areas to lounge. Maintains a lot of the traditional charm.

Waiting staff for dinner. The starter was missed and I was looking for it. No offer for coffee or digestive. Lost opportunity :)

The hotel is a little old and there were things which could do with a quick fix or a lick of paint. I didn't give a great rating for cleanliness, because my daughter dropped a bit of fish on the floor at dinner and that fish was still there at breakfast! I was very disappointed at breakfast because 3 days out of 4 the hotel was not able to provide any kind of vegan milk. In this day and age I find that unacceptable, especially if the closest shop is a couple of minutes in a car. I also asked for a small bottle of conditioner as my daughter has very long hair but was told that the shower/shampoo bottle attached in the shower has conditioner in it. This might be fine for short manageable hair but not so much for long hair. At 4**** I expect the hotel to provide these small bottles on request if needed. The jacuzzi did not work. There was water in it, but it did not function at all. The outside pool was lovely apart from some of the guests. There were men who took off all their clothes in the early afternoon and wanted to lounge naked in front of my 12 year old daughter!! I was in a state of shock that the hotel would allow this. Surely, this must be against the law to show your private parts to a minor! One day, there was a bunch of people who smoked cigarettes on the loungers right next to the pool. It made us very uncomfortable.

The hotel had very good breakfast, in the afternoon there was coffee, tea, cakes and soup and for dinner you could choose from three main courses plus there was plenty on the salad bar, soup, starter, etc. So food-wise no issues. I'm a vegetarian and even for me there was plenty to select from. The hotel has wellness with a lovely and warm outside pool, inside pool and a nice area for relaxation. There was a shuttle service always at the ready to take us to and from the slopes, much appreciated.

The internal pool could be warmer

The view, the food, and how friendly and helpfull the employees are. The hotel is super pet friendly and my service dog was treated like a princess.

Excellent location, close to the Reiteralm ski slopes. Comfortable rooms. The hotel offers a lot of amenities. You can find everything you need. Very good restaurant, breakfast, dinner. Afternoon tea, coffee, cakes! Parking!

The whole spa and wellness area is very dated, especially the outside saunas. It would probably need a sizeable investment to bring them into the 2000s but other hotels have set much higher standards here lately.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing, staff was very friendly and the room was nice.
