Unpleasant smell in the connecting hall to haus 3. Limited number of parking spaces in the garage.

Excelent location for skiing, friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant, good breakfast and dinner, clean and good maintained rooms, heated ski room for ski gear.

A bit not comfortable to get from house 3 to main house. If garage parking not available, outdoor parking is 100m away from the hotel. Taking baggage to the room, out of the room isn't comformable, but maybe it depends on the room. Reception doesn't work 24h.

Great location to ski lift. Very warm room, it was cleaned every day. Good choise of food at breakfast and dinner, very good house wine) Very good and friendly hotel staff.

Quite a big bulding, need to walk through different corridors in/out to reach your room. But still manageable. Definitely not sufficient parking slot under the hotel.

Right next door to the cable car, in the middle of the city. Busy hotel with many rooms, probably always almost fully booked. Comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast. Perfect if you want to stay close to the ski slopes / bike trails.

Location is perfect - right by the lift, check-in and check-out was the fastest we ever had, has parking, rooms are very spacious with modern bathrooms and very good shower. Food is adequate for the price - breakfasts are varied, standard hotel fare, dinners could be more fun

The opening hours of the restaurant for the breakfirst are too short (just until 9:30) and the staff closes the restaurant sharp on the clock.

While their rooms had king sized beds, instead of a single king sized mattress, they provided 2 single bed mattresses kept side by side without any topper. I found it a bit uncomfortable. Pillows were also very uncomfortable and way too thin. Apart from that amenities were very limited for the price. For example, no room service. Also, if you want an ice bucket or cutlery or glasses, you will have to collect them from the bar. No electric kettle or complimentary tea bags/coffee pods in the room. I have travelled to different parts of the world and even the most basic hotel rooms that cost less than 1/10th the price of this hotel room provide these complimentary services. Swimming pool was tiny and if there is one group of 5-6 people already in there, you won't feel like going in as it would feel overcrowded. We enjoyed our stay but considering the price, I felt the hotel was not a good value for money

Location is perfect. Right next to the cable car that can take you to the top and you get a complimentary Sommercard if you travel between May and November (check the official website for more details) if you book any hotel in this area. The rooms were spacious and we had booked 2 rooms, they gave us connecting rooms which was even more fun for the kids. The grocery store is also right under the hotel so that was very convenient. Except for one person, rest of the staff we interacted with was polite and knowledgeable

There is no lunch in the "all-inclusive" not even an option to eat a lunch in the hotel.

The breakfast and you can pack yourself a lunch, free drinks all day for reasonable amount of money. Great stuff and great location if with a little kid.

- there is no minibar in the room, so it is not possible to store anything in the fridge - parking in underground garages for a fee of EUR 9/night

The hotel is well located - directly across the street from the cable car to Planai (a card included in the price, that allows you to have one up/down ride free of charge in the surrounding resorts per day), a supermarket right in the hotel building, approx. 100 m from the hotel pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops. We had quite spacious room for 2 adults and 2childre with one doublebed and two bunk beds. The food is perfect - breakfast is the same every day, but the offer was wide enough. As part of the half board, it is possible to pack a snack for a day trip (+ there is a soup at noon and afternoon coffee in the hotel, but we did not try). Dinner rich, all food was perfect. Drinks are included in the price (wine, beer, soft drinks - you can tap everything yourself in the restaurant, or ask for other drinks at the bar). There is a small pool on the inner terrace of the hotel - if there aren't too many people, you can do a few laps in it, otherwise it's more just for cooling off after a hike. All staff were very helpful. Parking is possible in underground garages, but for 9 EUR per day.

I booked full board (there is also all inclusive option which includes drinks), expecting 3 meals, but none of these include lunch! You only get basic breakfast and great dinner. How is that possible that there is no lunch in all inclusive? The very definition of full board/all inclusive is that it includes all 3 meals in the day. Instead there were only cookies and coffee after 15.30, along with soup at noon, so we had to improvise lunches during the stay. I'd really like to know more about this.

The location is great (even though Schladming itself is not that big so most locations are good), you get Sommer Card which holds a big value, clean rooms and hotel.

Breakfast was disapointment. Maybe it is better at high season but we felt that we paid high season price for room. My opinion is overpriced place with expensive parking and very medium level breakfast. Room okay
