Super special place, with thinking of the smallest details! The staff were super nice and friendly- the manager helped to check in late. We got a free ride in the nearby gondola which was awesome. Shower steam was the best!

We stayed one night at Hotel Platz and we had a great experience. Auffach is about half an hour drive from the Allpbach, but Auffach itself is a very nice village. There is free parking space outside the hotel. We had booked a double room but they gave us an upgrade to a quadruple which was great! The bathroom was big and there was an extra wc. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and there was a small balcony with nice views of the village. The breakfast was really great with many choices and we decided also to have our dinner at the hotel which was a good choise. We recommend hotel Platz and we will return there on our next trip in Austria!

Excellent hotel. is in an excellent location, I was 3 nights. Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed too. Room service is really good, towels are changed and cleaned well (only in one of the showers did I notice that they didn't clean the crumbs from the floor, but it wasn't terrible, maybe they didn't notice). Parking is free, and if there is no parking space adjacent to the hotel, there are more parking spaces 100 meters away. highly recommend.

There wasnt much to dislike - only a very minor problem was parking due to the hotel being full and understood that holiday rentals/airbnb used the hotel carpark.

The location is great - walking distance to the main ski lift. The staff were excellent and helpful - allowing us to shower before we left. Great food. Overall great value

Absolutely nothing!

Everything! The hotel is beautiful, the room very spacious and modern, great balcony and helpful staff. There is ample parking space next to the hotel and the hotel also offers a pool, sauna, etc. The breakfast and optional dinner are great. The hotel is situated in a quaint Tyrolean village, a couple of minutes away from the cable car that takes you up to the nearby mountains for a wonderful walk!

My only niggles were the tiny (mostly) unmanned reception. The balcony and room(s) all overlook each other; not particularly private. The room I had was near the kitchen vent and you could smell the food being cooked; good and bad ‘cause it smelled good; but, unwanted. Not keen on opaque toilet doors, but, the toilet isn’t in view! The local church bells go ‘mad’ at 07:00!

Huge warren of a place. Bright and smart and warm. Rooms and corridors everywhere. My room was big and basic with a good sized ‘double’ bed; two singles pushed together, but, with double fitted sheet; two large single duvets; all clean and soft. Bedside tables and lighting. A ‘rustic’ desk and chair and a comfy chair. Plenty of wardrobe space. Separate toilet/shower room with wonderful big walk in cubicle and excellent shower with shower gel and plenty of hot water. Good towels. Very big long balcony with two chairs and a table; mine with a view of the church. Very good bright and shiny and comfortable restaurant and a sit at bar area. All very good. Huge downstairs spa area with two saunas, steam room and stuff I didn’t even recognise! Robes (ask at reception) and towels. Cold and hot showers, relaxing area with good loungers etc. Outdoor swimming pool was wonderful. Warm with lovely views and, again, plenty of good loungers and parasols on the large patio. Very good staff. Excellent price; but, don’t tell! Would definitely stay again.
