HungaryWe had a great time in the hotel, but there are very few parking slots available (only four), and the authorities are very eager and swift with the fines. There is public parking available 5 minutes off, so that was just a minor nuisance.

HungaryLack of human interface. There is no receptionist, who could answer questions/respond to problems. Shower in the sauna did not work. When we reported it to a central telephone number the lady could do nothing about it. The pillows are big and uncomfortable. Parking lot in front of the Hotel is always full. Had to park my car some 400 m away. Narrow selection of food for breakfast that gets dull after the 3rd day of stay.
Spacious room, big enough wardrobe. Strong wifi. Fair bathroom. Good noise insulation. Good coffee at breakfast.

SlovakiaThey promised a parking card. This does not exists by this hotel at all. I had to park 300m away. Heating was broken. The fixed it somehow, but not for 100%. They promised us a heater. It never happend, we need to find one in another room by ourself. The shower was broken, they promised to fix it, it never happend. Stinky bathroom.

HungaryThe pillows though were too soft and wrinkly so we woke up with a wrinkled face. Our key card did not work for the sauna, so we could only use it on the first day, when someone opened the door for us. It was really awkward to walk to the sauna room in a towel and walk back to our room disappointed. We were not that happy with the restaurant: the choice of mains was very limited and not very imaginative. When I asked for a house white wine I did not get it but was offered to choose between the two wines on the special offer card. Also we were charged for two Wiener Schnitzels although we only had one, the other "schnitzel" was a vegetable one. The staff was all in all friendly but the atmosphere was somehow tense.
We spent three nights in this property. We were more or less satisfied with the room: it was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom, but the shower cabin needs a refurbishment (there were stains, including rust on the tiles). The bed was a bit hard, but we could get used to it. The online check-in and check-out was quicker and easier then I thought it would be. The keyboxes are outside the main door and are easy to use. We always managed to find a parking spot in front of the hotel or in front of the Sparkasse bank (which was free on the weekend). Breakfast was ok: there were eggs and sausages for hot breakfast lovers. Cold options included: cereal, muesli, yoghurt, seeds, different cold cuts and cheese, tuna salad, vegetables, fruit, fresh bread rolls, toast bread and a selection of jams on offer every day. My daughter missed the sweet bakery products on some mornings and I missed the fruit salad on the last day, as it was only present the first two mornings, maybe this was just an oversight from hotel staff.

The hotel was centrally located in the center of the village. Parking was a bit scarce but we always found a space. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, with a nice balcony overlooking the front. Breakfast was good.

AustriaMy room (#22) was at the back of the hotel facing the roof of the next building. It was not possible to sleep with the window open as there was a very loud fan or air conditioning (?) unit sound (not just the water from the nearby stream).
Good family run, welcoming Austrian hospitality. The location was perfect as a base to explore the area (Grundlsee, Altaussee). The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good. Restaurant and bar were both very good. Overall, nothing fancy but very clean and good value for money. I would go back (just asking for a different room).

AlbaniaYou have a self-check in and out. That makes it from the first sign, not welcome. Accessibility might be challenging if you have any disability. We had a room in the 3rd floor and the lift goes up to 2nd and then you have to take the stairs to the 3rd. The room was very outdated with a lot of stains on the carpet. The parking was only for 4 cars. The spa was small overcrowded also during late evening hours and bikini free, which was a surprise for us. Also was not mentioned anywhere on the description. We used the restaurant, and the pizza was disappointed.

SlovakiaDisorganization, when we came we didn't have codes for opening the key box - we have to call them, we didn't know where is our parking Breakfast - scrambled eggs been dry and last day even burned, first days they had fruit tea and cereals for kids, later they run out and next days they didn't served it anymore..
