The receptionist was very welcoming and informed us a lot. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect to start the ride on the motorbikes on Glocknerstraße. The breakfast was dilicious. The dinner the day before was amazing.

Room cleaning and towel changing ensured every day. Delicious, varied buffet so the half board option was an excellent one. Sauna and jacuzzi at extra cost, ski storage, great wifi signal all across the unit, free parking. 20 minutes drive from Kaprun and Zell am See, 30 minutes drive to Saalbach Hinterglemm. One hour and a half to Hallstat or Salzburg... We loved it and could not recommend it enough.

He really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. In general the hotel staff were very kind and nice. It was great to use discounts for kids. There were all needed amenities.

Room size is pretty small but comfortable for a night stay before we proceed to Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Like the breakfast. Lot of variety. Hotel even offered a pack sandwich for take away at a reasonable price.

The staff was great. We have booked 2 rooms and asked to be close to each other, but when we checked in - the room was a bit far from each other. I have asked them and the staff did their best to help us.

The bathroom was modern and renovated. the hotelroom itself is a little outdated, but i guess it fits the bavarian style. location is great, there is a small shop next to the hotel for snacks and drinks.
