The bar is way too small for the size of hotel. If you want somewhere with plenty of 'communal' space, or somewhere to relax outside of your room then bear this in mind. We often travel as a group, and this would have been a real issue for us - there are only 5 small tables in the bar, so it's very much pot luck if you get one!

Room was very comfy and well appointed (we had a room in the main building). Very good selection at breakfast. Dinners were tasty and with varied choices for main courses. Staff were all very friendly and helpful - both before we stayed and during our visit.

We thought the food was poor. The breakfast buffet was OK although the hot food was unappetising. The evening meal was very disappointing. Choice of mains was limited and the quality was poor. I would visit the hotel again but certainly would not go half board.

Hotel location was good, a short walk to all the lifts. Staff were friendly enough and helpful, the bar is good. Rooms are very functional but unattractive, or maybe just a bit dull in terms of decor and ambience.

Checkin to hotel was very poor. Staff were overly busy, and reception area, which is small, was quite chaotic. Not a good experience at all. Felt like we were an inconvenience

Great location and very friendly staff. Cozy feeling inside the dinning and bar areas. Good SPA (some background music in the SPA would be a very nice addition!)

Breakfast options compared to other hotels what we visited in Austria.

Great location in town center, spacious rooms, natural pool for swimming, room and hotel decorations, bar close to entry, great and very helpful staff speaking various of languages! Joker card included in our accommodation was big advantage.

There was no balcony in our room and the windows were quite small, not really allowing for any great airflow into the room.

The small outside pool was very cute! The personel was also very accommodating and we where allowed to sit in a separate area with our dog for dinner!

The breakfast- poor selection and spread out everywhere The room had one small window. We couldn’t keep it open because of the noise outside most nights. The light in the bathroom wasn’t great. Very small bathroom. Bar was quite small. Spa was really poor. Should be open during day as some people don’t ski. Pool tiny. Spread out.

I would have liked more traditional Austrian food on the menu. The children's buffet wasn't varied and could have done with more imaginative and healthier options (chicken nuggets, fish fingers, chips etc on rotation). I don't think any staff were Austrian and many didn't speak any German so it didn't feel very Austrian.

Breakfast and dinner buffets are lovely. The hotel is modern and clean with nice decor. Room is beautiful though the extra sofa bed a bit hard. Staff are friendly and helpful. The wellness area is nice.

The toilet (door)! It allowed very narrow passage only, please fix it.

We had a great time at VAYA Post right before Christmas, a spacious room with a view, delicious dinner menu, and an attentive and professional staff made our stay truly relaxing. As beginner/restarter skiers, we were also conveniently located to the ski school/rental next door.

The walk to the ski lifts, uphill, was longer than expected. The swimming pool was lukewarm and the steam room didn’t seem to get hot enough.

Very central to village. We had a suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was great with a bathtub and shower. The half board option was excellent value. Food varied and delicious.

The spa didn’t have a jacuzzi which was a shame and the non nudist sauna is only available after 4pm.

We stayed in the Land haus which was in a separate building. Seemed to us like the hotel rooms which was in the same building as the reception was of a higher standard. It was informed during booking that it was the land haus but we did not realise it was a separate building.

An extraordinary helpful staff. Our luggage was delayed and not delivered to the hotel before a day after it had arrived the airport in Salzburg. The staff in the reception did their utmost to help us on all fronts. The area was fantastic with a lot of varied pists with endless possibilities.

Needs another toaster or one that goes round as it took.4 to 5 mins for one bit of toast causing queuing. Outdoor pool was only luke warm.
