It was noisy at the street after the midnight, presumably because this is the very heart of the tourist area.

The location was excellent, in walking distance from major historical monuments like St. Stephan's Cathedral, Altes Rathaus or Peterskirche. The apartment was spacious, clean, stylish and very comfortable. Nice restaurants are located nearby.

There were a few hairs on the hair towels, otherwise it was generally clean.

The location was great. Walking distance to the city center, tram and VAL2 (the airport bus). There is a Spar market right next to it. If you need something in the middle of the night, it is also walking distance to the vending machine market which is open 24/7. The door locking system was useful, it was comfortable to be able to enter and exit without having to deal with the card.

There was no pen provided to fill out the registration form and no one to ask due to there being no reception.

The room was clean, comfortable and very secure in a great area. We liked that there were free bottles of water and chocolate on arrival. The WiFi was fast and reliable.

No fitted bottom sheets and no mattress protectors. The bottom sheet was halfway down the bed by morning! Also couldn’t turn the air conditioning any lower than 22 degrees Celsius - this was a first in our two and half month European trip.

Easy checkin and nice building. Air conditioning and facilities (tea, coffee and fridge)were good. Location was good but probably on the edge of things rather than in the thick of things.

Every thing was fine it was a little odd not having a hotel front with staff but we got used to it.

The location was hard to find on the first night as it is not well signposted best to say it is just before the SPA supermarket. a bit of a walk from St Stephen's Plaza but doable and certainly central. Interesting new hotel with no front so. you never see anyone. when I had two questions I got instance responses when I phoned. which was helpful

It was a little hard to locate but once you notice it, it’s easy!

Clean, easy to walk to places, we felt safe. You don’t associate with anyone with checking in or checking out but was really easy. They give you codes to get through each point.

A simple yet effective place to stay when In Vienna - close enough to walk into plaza and other tourist locations. The accommodation is easy to access (instruction wise) and in a quiet neighbourhood too. There is a small supermarket underneath as well which was great to get basic supplies for the evening as the room/space doesn't have food facilities etc

The front door keypad didn't 'like' my pin and wouldn't open three evenings in a row. The first time a staff guy arrived as I did and let me in. Second time it suddenly worked after a couple of tries, so I thought it was OK. Third time the lady in the building let me in.

Light sleepers will have trouble during weekends, as there’s quite a bit of party noise coming in from the streets. The bathroom doesn’t have a bidet shower.

There is some noise from outside the window but it was fine.

great location, wonderful and clean facilities, extremely quick response for request (when towels were missing in the bathroom), and beautiful building and decor. The air conditioning was so helpful during hot summer days. We had such a pleasant stay and would love to come back! I was going to book the same hotel for our visit next week but unfortunately the price is a little high for the dates of our trip. Hope others will enjoy.
