Everything! It was super close to everything, very clean, super easy to navigate to the room, it had coffee tea and waters, the bed was super comfortable. At first i was a bit worried about my belongings but the place was super safe even near the police station 🤣 recommend it 100%

very comfortable room with a soft large bed in the very center of Vienna, thanks to the location we were able to walk around the entire center without having to spend 30-40 minutes on the road, there are cool cafes and a lot of interesting things nearby

During my stay, I noticed some small bugs (not roaches) - once on the bed and several times in the bathroom. While I could have notified the cleaners, I opted not to since I did NOT want to either change rooms nor have it fumigated while I was there. There is a restaurant's kitchen on a lower floor which might be the cause.

Location was amazing and the room amenities were perfect for my needs. Additionally, I appeared to have gotten an upgraded room which I very much appreciated for my long (8-day) stay.

The instructions for arrival and getting into the building were a bit confusing, and I needed help... The electronic key system via your phone wasn't very intuitive, and at times took quite a few goes to get in. The staff were hugely helpful about this.

Great location, really in the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very really helpful with baggage check in and storage in particular.

Great location. Within walking distance of everything important yet quiet as the room I was in faces the courtyard. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out. A historic building, decorated inside with reproductions of famous paintings and tapestries.

Shower leaked and was so small! Needed outlets by bed on table not on the floor. Ac United stuck on high. Need washer/dryer on property.

The location of this accommodation was excellent. Located in the old city. Everything was within walking distance. It was a self check-in with clear instructions from the host. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything one could possibly need for a pleasant stay.

Checking in was easy and straightforward—I just used a door code I received, and everything worked smoothly. The room was clean and tidy and had a lot of tiny ‘care’ things—earplugs, a little cookie on a pillow, welcome candies, water, coffee capsules, tea and sugar. We also had a chance to store our luggage at the reception desk after the check-out until we picked it up later in the afternoon. And the location is just superb! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Vienna.

The room was a bit hot, no chance sleeping without air-conditioning. And the air con was pretty loud. But that's nagging on a high level, all over it was pleasant.

The self check-in was really easygoing with the online form you had to fill in and the door code you get via e-mail. Staff was very responsive, when I was asking about a luggage storage after check-out. Also the location is very central.

I personally liked it that every thing was by the phone in their website - check in, check out, unlocking of the doors. However it might not fit people with difficulties with technology such as elderly because it is not really self explained.

The water in the sink took a while to drain. Like others have mentioned, bathroom was tight, especially shower area.

Location was superb - just a minute walk away from Stephensplatz where the subway/metro, shops and restaurants are. Room was quite well equipped with water kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer. Love the high ceiling in the room. The candies/sweets on the desk was a nice little treat! The battery in my door lock ran out and they sent someone within 10 mins to fix the issue. Very prompt.

The hotel is in the heart of Vienna, all the historical signs can be seen on foot. Check-in was very easy and for any question, the staff answered immediately. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
