This is a very nice pension at a reasonable price right in the heart of Vienna. Our room was smallish but impeccably clean and well equipped. It was excellent value for money. We were more than satisfied!

The walls are very thin and the floors are very creaky, making it easy to hear everyone talking and walking around at all hours.

It was very worrying to find a different hotel name at the door, and no indication of the name on this Booking.com listing - luckily another guest let me in, and all was clear once I reached the check-in desk. I highly recommend that this is sorted to not spook future guests - the facilities themselves are lovely.

The curtains could be a little higher. I am sensitive to light and light comes from the under of my curtain in the morning. I guess 10 more cm of curtain would make this place perfect.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 2-3 minutes walk from Stephansplatz which makes the trip so comfortable. The hotel is perfectly clean.

Unfortunately the doors are not soundproof I would hear people talking outside all the time especially in the early morning. The floor in the corridor also creaks loudly every time someone walks. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the sololift system from the bathroom, which made it impossible to sleep. The staff (at about 9:30 a.m. they started pulling knobs and knocking on doors) why did they do this if the guests know they're checking out at 11 a.m., I do not know.

Don’t recommend staying during hot days as AC is not working properly, so it’s very hot in the room even during the night. Also, there was constant unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The room was extremely small and the bathroom was even smaller. We had to put our luggage in the chair and on the desk then open it on the bed to get out our clothes. Please be advised that we arrived at 2:40 and were told that we could not check in until 3. We had to wait outside with our luggage until 3.

Check in- we arrived early and were told to go away with our bags even though our room was ready- not helpful. Room no issues with the facilities The night time bar across the road from our room was awful and kept us awake. Location no issues.
