wonderful river view , very confortable bed. room temperatur perfect . there were a Coffee machine, boiller, and bottle of water at our disposition. the location was right in front of metro station.

The only small issue is that windows in the river facing rooms could be better: you can hear the traffic in the morning

Chaos at check in. Rooms weren't ready when we were told they would be. Very long check in process. Despite requesting twin beds told not available but they did find some out when we went to room it was a double!

The dust, the way they cleaned the room. Lots of dust in hidden places (like behind the desk).The design of the rooms is unusual but already shabby.

I liked the staff. They were always eager to help. For example, when there were some problems with the bathroom, they arranged for us to move into another room

The facility is absolutely perfect. The location is within the S4 metro. You can explore the beauties of Vienna either on foot or by metro. There is self check-in. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. parking is available. An all-around great team. Thanks to the radisson team!

Far from Center. Restaurant Manager was rude. there was construction outside the window till midnight. Pricey.

Close to public transport. Had to upgrade to get a decent room. Breakfast decent.

Bedroom heating and the way it worked it was very warm. Was quite a walk from the city center but we didn't mind this.

We didn't actually have breakfast. But did have a drink in the roof top bar which was nice. Room clean and a good size but very hot and it wasn't easy to turn it down.We did the self check in and out which was very straight forward.

It would be nice to have instruction how to get to hotel parking before arrive.

Very friendly staff, gave us a free room upgrade with a wonderful view of the river and the city. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Delicious breakfast in the morning, where you can make your own waffles.

Very nice hotel) Comfy and stylish. Good location, also you have metro near the hotel entrance. Room was clean and I was really impressed when I found bowls, bed and toy for my dog. Big thanks) Also hotel has parking, but book it before your arrival. Parking is well secured and warm inside. In hall you could get free water and treats) Hotel staff was cute and nice. And you have an option of self check in/out.

The on site parking was expensive at €35 per night and not at all clear how to get to it, even though we had messaged and asked the hotel before our arrival and didn’t get a response. Parking garage was a tight space, luckily it wasn’t too busy when we were there, would have been difficult if full.

A modern and comfortable hotel - with the main town just across the river. And a metro stop right next to the hotel. There are currently building works next door which make outside look a little scruffy- but the hotel was good
