Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were disturbed three times in the morning by different personnel of the hotel: 9:45, 10:30 and 10:45 with the intention to check us out. But the check out time is 12:00! Doesn’t personnel know simple and most important rules? Furthermore there were the special mark on the door: DO NOT DISTURB!

The room was very small; The products in the room are not of a high standard (for example: the type of toilet paper; there is no body cream or hand cream; the TV did not connect to the mobile phone, etc.). The window of the room was right in front of an office building so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Windows can’t be opened.

Dark decor. No dedicated staff (bell boy) to help with suitcases. The gentleman at reception was kind enough to help when we arrived but was alone at the reception and couldn’t help when we were leaving.
Location is walking distance to centre. Good shower. Clean. We had a nice view.

Reception staff are rude. Took 20 minutes to check in, despite two members of staff on reception and only one customer being dealt with. Manner was wrong for hospitality. You should welcome customers and make life easier - not suggest it’s their fault for paying in advance which has now confused the computer system they use (when I tried to check in via a self check in computer due to lack of staff interest). Very weird approach to speaking to guests. Even check out wasn’t easy. You couldn’t just pop key card through a box (which was at main reception desk) you were then told by a member of staff to check out via a self check in/out computer again. Off-setting reception duties to a computer, rather than just help customer in person.
Location is excellent - easy to walk everywhere in tourist areas. Room was clean, bed very comfy and nice view of painted wall beside a courtyard which was striking. Cleaners were helpful and friendly.

Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived (we were half hour early) but no one came to get us when the room was ready, as was promised, so it took a while to queue back up and get checked in a bit later on. The bathroom was big, but the shower cubicle itself wasn't very clean, and as with many enclosed bathrooms you could see there was a bit of a mould/damp problem that the black colour scheme couldn't quite hide.
The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a metro stop right outside the front door and all the main sights just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we finally got to see them. The room was big and very comfortable, clean, and there was a great view. Later on, we went up to the rooftop bar, which was also very nice.

Sound insulation between room and corridor wasn’t great and we could hear everything. Also, whenever someone was closing their door on our floor, everything in the room was shaking a lot.

My room didn't have a desk, which was different from the pictures. No ioption to open a window. They will try to convince you to take a Green stay, which means no cleaning services. That's ok, but also problematic if you stay for more than one night. Some communication with main office bia Booking.com could improve. The individual room was comfortable but really not for more than one person. There is a need for more light in the room.
Location is fabulous. Quiet but just next to the inner circle. The staff were very friendly. The terrace bar is amazing

We had 1 breakfast at the hotel and it was pretty average. For 20 euros each I think it was too expensive.
The room was excellent. It was very modern and clean. Fantastic view of the river with a huge window. The shower was brilliant. Overall the hotel was fantastic. It is right next to the entrance to a U-bahn station and 5 mins walk to the nearest tram.

Checkin process was very cumbersome. I received two emails that suggested I checkin online but the links didn’t work in it. At the hotel there was a self-service checkin that let us input all our data and showed an error in the end. Finally we had to checkin at the reception. The rooftop bar experience could also be better. The terrace was always closed in the evening so we could only sit inside. The waiter didn’t know what was and wasn’t available in the menu so we had to wait for him to check with a barman and sometimes we had to ask twice.
A good location close to the historical center with metro and tram stations nearby. Great breakfast. The choice was a little smaller than the one offered in Radisson Blu but still above average. The hotel has a strong millennial vibe with a robot mini bar and an arcade machine at the reception. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were given free coffee vouchers for opting out of room cleaning for 2 days.

Shower glass only covered halfway across so wet floor every time. No shelf to put things in shower had to keep my things on the floor. Only one hook in bathroom for two towels. Room not cleaned well enough. Dust everywhere, floor, walls, window seat , coffee machine. Bathroom WC wall wasn’t clean. Tip: If you have a room in the Donau side, make sure the curtains are closed firmly against the very early morning sun.
Location excellent with U station outside. Great view from hotel room to Donau. Helpful Front desk staff. Nice restaurant. Roof top bar area.

Hotel is located near subway and it's 10 meters away. If you want to use subway which way cheaper than taxi.
