The air-condition was a little noisy.

The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean and with a good size. There was an air-condition in the room which was great during summer nights.

The wifi was bad (at least in the room I was in) * it was hard to connect to it. It would ask the password and sometimes that website for putting in the password wouldn't load. * you have to put in the password each time you get logged out of the internet, for example, leave the hotel and come back. * even when you successfully connect to it, it would sometimes be super weak and not load anything so I ended up using mobile data most of the time

* the room was pretty and wasn't cramped * the breakfast was good and had multiple options to choose from * there were bus stops and train/tram stations nearby so its easy to get to/from the airport and visit the city * im glad it had air conditioning in the room beause it was constantly 30+ degrees during the day for my whole stay * the instant coffee that they give each day was quite tasty (especially with the cream powder)

The Hotel Personnel were super nice, friendly, and accomodating. The Room has exceeded my expectation, clean and comfortable, good ammenities. I also like how accessible the Hotel with the local city Transportation (2 mins Walk to Bus Stop). Breakfast was nice.

Not a lot to do around the property, but it’s easy to get to the more popular areas of town using the train station nearby.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Our air conditioning stopped working and the desk attendant took us to several rooms, allowing us to choose which one we’d like to move to to have a more comfortable room temperature.

Staff at reception could have been more helpful. They didn’t tell us much about things to do in Vienna or how to get around even though we asked and told them it was our first time visiting Vienna. Breakfast was €22 per person per day to book on booking.com but only €15pp per day to book at the hotel. Location was far from the city centre. Had to take two metros to get there from the city centre. Also the view from our window was not very pleasant, overlooking a dirty car park. Air conditioning didn’t work very well.

The property was comfortable. The staff member, Aslan, that helped us at breakfast was very friendly and professional. Breakfast selection was good. Dinner was good. Waiting staff were prompt. Drinks were also good. Rooms were quiet.

The beds weren't as comfortable and it was hard to sleep on two twin beds pushed together with a wiggly toddler.

We loved being in a diverse neighborhood with so many food options from all over the world. The breakfast was amazing and the staff excellent. Train station was a short walk and the bus was right in front of the hotel. Excellent experience. Definitely worth the money.

The room was much larger than expected and very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also superb. Although we did not drive, there seemed to be plenty of parking spaces.

Easy to commute to airport. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are really spacious. Gym is well equipped.

Air conditioning didn’t work well. With day temperatures above 30 degrees the room was really hot in the night, and the AC kept so loud crackling sound that it was really hard to sleep with it on. I told the staff about it, and they told me it was fixed. The fix was opening the window, which doesnt help very much when there is 25 degrees outside at night.

Price was good and rooms were clean. Staff was nice and helpful

The tv didn't connect to the internet. Staff couldn't help, we tried everything but then our baby played with the remote and made it work just before we left. The rooms aren't too big. 30 Eur. for a crib in the room is a bit much (can buy one for 60 Eur. Why didn't we? Haha!)

The lady at our arrival at the reception was very friendly and tried her best to be helpful: very positive! The hotel was big, the room was quiet, we received a complementary bottle of water.
