Cannot think of anything as all was beyond our expectations.

High ceiling, cleanliness, wine-themed rooms and a magical bathroom. Breakfast was to die for and the outside area was perfect for a glass of wine to unwind after a full day of roaming.

This was a very short stay so we did not experience much (arrive evening leave morning) but staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Tube station was a few minutes walk away and luckily hotel had umbrellas available as it was raining. Overall a nice stay.

I'm struggling to find any fault to be honest.

We typically stay in smaller boutique hotels when we travel. This is one of the best. Stand out for us were the staff. I think it's a smallish team, so we saw the same people over our three days. They cannot do enough for you. They are clearly very proud of their hotel. Room was lovely. We were upgraded to a suite. Beautiful bed linen and memory foam mattress. Powerful shower. A powerful (proper salon quality) hairdryer. Thoughtfully set out room - furniture, mirrors, sockets where you need them! Very clean. Typical Austrian breakfast. The scrambled egg was really nice! Location also brilliant. There's a fabulous Austrian restaurant on the corner of the street, and great bars nearby.

Toilet and shower are separate and far from each other (I suppose this is due to old building construction) Couldn't try breakfast due to early flight.

I liked the concept of different wineries in rooms design. Beds are very comfy. Linen is clean. Good amenities for bathroom and minibar. Interesting and differrnt designs of each room. Big square of rooms. Staff is quite friendly, helped to order taxi to airport.

My room was amazingly huge with a tub and all Amenities! Clean and immaculate! The staff were delightful and so happy to assist me with transportation accommodation. Food was excellent!

The rooms are not very new anymore and some wear and tear shows. Most disappointing is that breakfast is now charged at EUR23 per person per day. Just not worth it. Wine selection at the bar was a bit limited when I was there.

It is my third or fourth time staying at this property. I like the location, the feeling of being in an old traditional building, the spacious rooms, the amenities and the friendly personnel.. There are some lovely touches such as coffee and tea available for free for guests all day, the bell to ask for help at the bottom of the flight of stairs leading to reception and free apples to take when you leave the hotel.
