We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Germanyit would have been nice to know how to use the room from the beginning instead of running back and forth to ask why the lights aren’t working(u need to insert ur card inside the room) but because my room was the furthest from the elevator I was a bit frustrated walking back and forth to the reception

United Arab EmiratesIt didn't affect me personally, but for light sleepers the fact that you can hear the metro constantly (my room overlooked the rails) and the frequent ambulances (the hotel is next to a hospital) could bother some people.
The room was nice, clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice and the breakfast was standard. It is not in the city center but there are two metro/ bus stations nearby that got you to the city center or the train station very easily. There are supermarkets and pharmacies near by.

PolandWherever you had a room (we had to change it a few times), there were problems. In one part of the hotel, it was loudly (a tram running all night), in another one there was a view on a terrible backyard. And in the last possible part of the hotel, windows did not open and it was stuffy.

LatviaThe A/C didn’t work, we asked someone to repair it and we waited 2 days, in the early morning, at about 8:30am when we were sleeping, someone knocked the door and entered our room, we had to shout that we are sleeping so the person leaves our room. Then, in the final day of our stay 50 EUR got stolen from my girlfriends wallet, we complained about it, but nothing except “we will forward it to responsible team” was received.
