How is it possible that a cleaning team of 6 or more people still leaves dust around.

Awesome location, great chalets, everything as expected. Loved the outdoor area and everything else. Would book again. Staff was extremely friendly.

The only downside was that the fridge size in our chalet was a tad on a small side (8 people and only a bar size fridge)

Our family loved the location of the resort and the facilities it provided. It has allowed everyone to relax and explore the surrounding mountains, lakes, and towns in their own style. The boat dock is right on your doorstep, and the trip to Hallstatt is a great day excursion without worrying about parking in the town. My nieces loved the swimming pool and enjoyed water activities on the lake. Towns (such as spa town Bad Ischl) are short train journeys away. The train winds its way around the lake, allowing you to explore the countryside.

Cleaner kitchen pans; some were not thoroughly cleaned and we found oil remains from the room's previous occupants. Also, you pay for everything else other than the room.

The location is fantastic, the facility is next to the lake. The facility has a playground which makes it ideal for kids. Also, the pool is a big plus.

It’s in a beautiful location with a stunning view. The apartment is well-equipped, well laid out, and spacious. The rooms are clean. Despite the train passing in front of the apartment, it's still quiet.

One suggestion if you could please provide some more tea bags/ coffee in kichen per person. Also necessary items like sugar and salt sufficient per guests would be great. Also rather than hand soap, handwash is better option.

The location and resort itself is exceptional. The train station is within 3 to 4 min. I visited with my mom, my in laws and my wife and Son. We enjoyed our stay, the staff is friendly, they allowed us to keep the luggage till our car arrived after checkout. Amazing experience, we enjoyed swimming in the lake, the jacuzzi in the resort is excellent. There is lot of place to sit relax near the lake. Multiple activities for kids. The charllet we stayed in had exceptional views , clean had functional kitchen. They have small shop as well where you could get all necessary items like eggs , bread etc. I will definitely visit again for a longer stay this time 😀

The kitchen supplies (cookware) were not great. Missing some decent pots and pans and serving spoons. And not everything was clean in the house.

After some paperwork and paying tourist tax and an additional deposit (which was announced upfront), the reception handed us the keys/

The houses look very good but the cleaning is not top notch. There are dusty places and some things require repair. Also some kitchen utensils need replacing.

The location is quiet and green, with a lovely lake side , many facilities to spend time outside, both adults and children. We loved the atmosphere. Although there are 85 aprox. houses, you don t feel any disturbance or crowds. You have many eating options around. Also supermarkets are available. The bathrooms are clean and the kitchens offer ovens, washing machines, etc.The houses are perfect for spending time with friends. You can rent bikes, barbeque, SUP boards, kayaks.We spent a great time with our friends.

The room should be better cleaned after previous travelers. We discovered moldy coffee grounds and filter in coffee machine. The oven was also dirty.

Very good location for visiting area. Nice accomodation, fully equipped kitchen, welcome pack for kitchen (incl. coffee) and bathroom. Quiet and ideal for relaxing. Friendly and professional staff. The property had small shop, restaurant and a pool.

There was no intercom to connect to the reception And no one was there at the reception after 8 pm if anything is required
