Could not be closer to the sites and experiences of Vienna! Amazing walking distance access to so many activities, yet tucked down a side street to minimize the late night noise. The church bells of St. Stephan's will let you know it's time for Mass, and it is only a couple minute walk away.

Wonderful experience in the heart of Vienna. The staff were so kind. There was no noise from the street. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor was excellent.

Very nice big room for solo traveler, with a comfortable bed and a couch. It was possible to take a breakfast tray to the room, very appreciated. One can hear the bells of Stephan Dom, but can’t hear a street noise. Good umbrellas for guests, strong wind didn’t break it.

I hate to appear negative because we very much enjoyed our stay but there are definitely certain issues which I can’t believe management haven’t dealt with seeing how they appear in a lot of reviews. Firstly the shower over the bath is not great. I wouldn’t like to have mobility issues trying to get into it. The AC is not strong enough especially when the temperature was in the 30s outside. And while a soft pillow might suit some people it doesn’t suit me and I was told that’s all they have unlike in Bratislava where in a hotel half the price they actually offered a choice of pillow types.

As everyone says the star of this hotel is the location. You really couldn’t beat it. We were upgraded so our room was very spacious. The room was very dated but that’s not a problem for me as I like a bit of character rather than a bland modern room.

Not the best view but what can one expect when buildings are so close to each other. Instant coffee. Would prefer a coffee maker but there was a kettle and fine tea. Could not turn off AC but could quiet it down.

Location! Spacious room, bathroom and walking closet. Quiet place despite being in the center of the city. Nice and professional staff. Cleanliness. Refrigerator.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to all tourist attractions and many famous cafes and restaurants near it. Its location is excellent for those with young children, as you are in the middle of the lively area and if they feel tired you can return to the hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and varied, with everything young children need, with an Italian style. The room is medium in size, but I liked that the sofa was opened and a mattress was placed, so my children slept on a bed and not a sofa, and everything so clean .Also, the soundproofing in the rooms was amazing. There were repairs and excavations throughout our stay, but you didn't hear any sound in the room, only when you left your room. I want to talk about my personal experience, our flight was canceled on Sunday and they took all our luggage, I called the hotel from the airport just to make sure they had a room available to receive us especially since we have children, and indeed they booked the room for us, we returned to the hotel, and on the reception there was a lady with short black hair and glasses who was very nice to us and actually booked the room for us and we were surprised that she gave us the same room and provided us with the basic needs because it was Sunday and everything was closed, when we arrived to our room we found small biscuits on the bed, it meant a lot to me after waiting for six hours at the airport and returning to the hotel as if it was our second home, it was a wonderful last day for us with a lot of feelings, and we will definitely return to the same hotel

It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the sorroundings in August were packed with tourists so it could be a hustle to stroll around.

Breakfast was excellent and the location as central as it gets! Perfect for stay with younger children as everything is on walking distance.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a great location with most of the major sites within walking distance. The underground station is about 50 m away for longer journeys. Friendly staff.
