Although there are 200 TV channels - the only English channels are news. I would like just a few entertainment channels.

We had a twin room. The beds were narrow and quite hard. I found it difficult to sleep. No fibre (bran, nuts, sunflower seeds, prunes) for breakfast.

Location an proximity to sites. Breakfast, staff, quiet. Reception staff knowledgeable and helpful.

Bath room tub/shower was very bad. Shower head on wrong wall. tub was very hard to get into. we are in our 60's.

I could not fault the property

The location of this hotel is amazing, it is literally around the corner from the centre of Vienna, St Stephen Cathedral, close to the Vienna State Opera House, close to the main shopping area, close to everything! The property was spotlessly clean, the room was quite large with a separate toilet and well appointed. The staff could not be more helpful - they helped us book tours, provided advice as to the best way to get to places. Love this hotel!!! This hotel will be our hotel in Vienna going forward!

The style and decor is old although could be intentional. Bathroom could use some renovation. Didn’t like the soap, shampoo and conditioner which looks and feels low quality and drying for the skin.

Location was fantastic, right behind the church and centre of shopping district. Breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. Love the space in the room with sofa. Mattress is good

Location - best possible, 50m from most central place in Vienna. Breakfast was good, but could be bit bigger variations. Vintage style, and I expected it and enjoyed it, with old traditional keys (no keycards), still totally new bathroom equipment, including shower mixer with thermoregulation - well exceeds expectations.

However, my sleep was interrupted by construction works happening nearby that started very early in the morning. Despite this, I would still recommend this place for its convenience and friendly atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thanks to the excellent location where everything you need is just around the corner. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience more pleasant. I particularly appreciated the availability of the lobby 24/7, providing a comfy space to relax at any hour.

The beds were poor quality and not new. This needs correcting.

Great location in the center of the city. You can walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast which can be included. It’s expensive if you pay it separately. The rooftop restaurant was an unexpected pleasure in the evening with fabulous sunset views over the city rooftops and excellent food and wines. The outside street restaurant serves delicious Italian dishes.

I thought that they should have provided breakfast for the price charged.

The top floor restaurant had a WONDERFUL VIEW OF ST STEPHAN'S CATHEDRAL; and it also featured a smart, "cool" little bar where you could sit even if you had already eaten. I ate in the ground floor restaurant outdoors. Despite the fact that the street was so busy, it provided an oasis of calm and delicious Italian food.

Unfortunately, for the whole of the hotel there was just one iron, so if you are an on a business trip and need smth ironed - you have to be quick to finish and might wait for an iron
