The entrance hall, which also is used as breakfast location has a great atmosphere with lots of funny traveling details. Never a dull moment in this room. And a good breakfast with lots of choices. The room was good as well; a good bed and nice details and a view on the inhouse garden with 'hanging bycicles'. I want to come back here.

For the price I would expect better breakfast, they are limited with the staff, partly because there is a self check in process

We used to stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times every time we went to Vienna. We booked it mainly because of the guitar we could rent at the hotel and play it after we finish our business meetings. But the last time, in January this year, the guy at the reception did not allow us to rent and play it which was very disappointing...So sad we won't have those magic moments at the hall of the hotel with a guitar anymore :(

Didn't like the openess of bathroom to the room, was a little uncomfortable. We've stayed in other hotels where this conservation of space was done a lot more tactfully. Very modern decor doesn't hide this. Not very much soundproofing between rooms and room and corridor- woken early in the morning by doors on the corridor opening and closing.

Staff were lovely, bar was really lovely. Cocktail menu had a great selection and good value. Beds were comfy.

The room had a toilet inside the room not en-suite. This is an issue if you like privacy on the toilet. If this was a first holiday away it would definitely be awkward and a conversation you would need to have. Literally, the only issue we had.

I booked this super last minute due to an Air Bnb cancellation and came away better. It feels like a hidden gem. The decor, dining room and bed room were really nice and modern with an artisan twist. Breakfast was a wide variety and a little over priced but was very good and wasn't too early in the day. Oh and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We also got a free drink from the bar for the green initiative they run, so me and my wife enjoyed that! We would stay again and it's perfect for couples staying with children wouldn't have been the same.

-rooms a lot smaller than we thought. Ours was a corner room and odd shape. No draws anywhere. Shower was the other side to the bathroom, only place to hang towels in the bathroom -they have tea & coffee stations on every floor but not the same as having tea facilities in your room, imagine not in room as not enough space. -no phone to phone down to reception on room.

Breakfast was relatively expensive for what it was, next time I would skip it and go to a bakery. For people who like to eat a lot in the morning it might be worth it (all you can eat) but if you just want some bread and coffee it’s 20€ for that.

staff is ok but i think not trained enough to be kind or welcoming, blankets are a bit short and you need two to cover the bed, no coffee option/boiler in the room, even a small change on the booking is challenging for some reason

Entrance is kinda difficult to find. Car Parking is super expensive and not on premise.(both of these are not really hotel related issues though...)

Great location, right at the edge of the city center. It's in walking distance to pretty much everything (including Prater). 1 minute walk to U1 and U4 lines. Clean and comfy room, very quiet. Nice Full bar at lobby.

1.The water flow in the shower is good but sometimes there is a change in temperature from cold to hot. 2.There is no way to make hot drinks/coffee in the rooms. There is a room in the corridor of the floor called a gallery. We only discovered it by accident

The location is good, the hotel is nicely decorated and so are the rooms The hotel is suitable for couples and not families because of the size of the rooms and because of the design and usability.
