Lobby is a funky setup restaurant! so no matter when you arrive you can have a coffee or a drink with a bite. The location is great, close to restaurants and train station and within walking distance to the center.

Bicycles could not be stored safely away, we expected differently due to misleading answer to that question.

Good location, great breakfast. Room cleaning could be exchanged for free cocktails/drinks at the bar - cool concept.

Parking was difficult, and the bathroom within the bedroom was odd.

A few minor maintenance items in room, lights and shower curtain.

Nice size room, with querky and unique interior. Open bathroom a bit different but ticked all the essiatial boxes for a nice casual stay. Free cocktail incentive for not cleaning room was very inventive too.

The noise outside the building was loud due to the construction. Also the breakfast was simple, without sausage, beens, fries or omelette. The room hasn't coffe machine or tea maker, and it wasn't refrigerate in room. I think it's essential for a 4 star hotel

Paid for bigger room only so I can do yoga and barely managed, I guess space is a premium. A slightly bigger snack menu and possibility to buy big bottles of sparkling water would have been great. Breakfast was good but too much and too expensive for me. Cappuccino was alway lukewarm - why is that??? Great idea about self-check in and check-out. Pls indicate in bold letters when we make booking so we know ahead of time.

Nice decor and vibe, nice drinks, friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Easy check in and check out (once you know). Great breakfast and great location !

location was good - 5 min walk after getting off airport train and easy walking distance to sights. Felt very secure with a police station in building. Room was good. As with many European hotels there is no fridge in the room.

our air con was not very good. It was noisy but didn’t actually make the room cold, you couldn’t have the windows open as sirens and street noise very loud. would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

great location, so close to the underground station and bus stops. Rooms were clean, bright and comfortable. The toiletries were lovely!

the hotel is in a building that also houses a police station, the post office and a gym. The first night we were placed in a room whose windows faced a skylight opposite which were the windows of the post office. workers there started unloading trays at 430am and was very noisy. The staff at Ruby Lissi were very accommodating however. they moved us to another room the following night

Sadly my remark about being on crutches wasn't passed to the hotel by booking.com so room allocated was not close to lift. Hotel offered to change but we'd already settled in so I declined their kind offer. I view this as a problem with booking.com not Ruby Lissi who were great

Lovely helpful staff. Great location. Air conditioning works well don't know what others complaining about.

It wasn’t super cheap but the location made up for the extra expense compared to a more suburban hotel or apartment. Bear in mind that breakfast might be an additional charge on top of your room booking. A few little snacks in the room, plus a small water bottle and an FFP2 mask to wear on the metro would have been a nice touch and wouldn’t cost the hotel much to provide.

Really liked staying here. The location is fantastic; literally next to Schwedenplatz metro station and walking distance to the major sights of the city centre. The hotel has a relaxed vibe with friendly staff. I didn’t drink at the bar or eat there but the breakfast looked OK from what I saw as I walked past! Room was a decent size for a solo traveller, excellent shower and comfortable bed. Decor quite stylish. Good noise and light insulation and the air con wasn’t too noisy. I liked the offer of a free drink in return for forgoing room cleaning during my stay.
