Walls colour, it is too dark for a narrow corridors with low ceilings (probably owners served at a submarine). Having iron/kettle would be very convenient instead of two Marshalls speakers. If former options and better breakfast are important, it is worth to consider other places.

Breakfast might be improved a little bit regarding the servicing area. It's quite limited in terms of space around buffet, and not very comfortable when there is a big queue since the seating tables are quite close to it. Personally, I also think it's easier when you can take whatever cutlery you need than looking for a table that has been served already with a pre-packed ones. A little bit strange with the coffee serving, the first day barista guided me to use the coffee pot at the bar, the next day they have pre-pared a coffee for me in a coffee machine, which was quite better. Otherwise, everything was good!

Nice and clean room with a balcony. Hotel itself is very close to the metro station, and only 10-15 minutes from the center of the city. There is also a tram stop close to the hotel, from where you can get to Schönbrunn Palace in 10 or less minutes.

This is just a very small point for improvement: Reception is in the upper floors where you take an elevator from the ground entrance. Inside the elevator, it is very hard to recognize in which floor the reception is. There is also no sign in front of the elevator.

Very good value for money hotel, centrally located in Vienna close to many shops & restaurants. The Hotel has stylish rooms and is very clean. The breakfast was quite good and in a stylish setting, even with outside seating possibilities on a terrace. Checkout is very quick with just dropping your key card.

Wonderful experience. Hotel experience starts with reception - at Ruby self checkin is available. No checkout needed which is also very convenient. You can also choose to refuse daily cleaning in favour of free drink at the bar. Our room was clean. There are 2 options for pillows in the room - low and regular on. It is quite rare in hotels and I often suffer from very high pillows. There is a Marshall speaker in the room and you can play music with Bluetooth! Also you can borrow a guitar at the bar. There's a library and shared working place in the hotel. Overall great place with unique facilities.

Nothing negative to point out - it was a very good experience.

Really good location, easily accessibly with public transport and to the shopping street, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The check-in/out was is highly efficient. The hotel not as hotel too, but also offers extra activities daily, such as a different film every evening. Really pleasant, friendly and nice staff! The room was clean, big and the bed was very comfortable.
