I love how central it was. the location was amazing. the room was spotless I had a nice view. The ambiance of the hotel room as amazing. It was super eclectic and I really loved how they incorporated art, music and movies into the hotel. I’ve never seen a hotel that you had guitars you can play and take back to your room.

Too much space for the bathtube. It will be good to have refrigirator for such class of hotel. Curtain at the bath area will be useful cause water is going outside.

Very modern and exclusive hotel comparing to all hotels in Vienna central area, I think this one is the best. The view from loft rooms is fantastic.

Very modern hotel, nicely decorated. Spacious room, nice bathroom shower, very comfortable bed. Hotel is situated next to Marie Hilfer strase which is shopping paradise. Tram station in front of hotel, car parking accross the street. It is very well conected and convinient for exploring Vienna. U-bahn station 2min walk from hotel. Plent od supermarkets, fast food restaurants, street food in close vicinity of property. Hotel bar is working 24/7. Definetly we will come back to this property.

Very good location, very close to underground station and other public transports. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The room must have been a bit smaller than the declared area. Boring view - North direction. Would have been far nicer to enjoy a panorama of old Vienna (a window facing south). Having to pay every time I had a beer or coffee (with no check-out, guests cannot "open" an account for extras). Also missed in-room mini-bar and Nespresso machine.

The modern ambiance; The great room's floorplan and design. The nifty "lobby"/bar/cafe public area. The location at the top of Mariahilfer Str., adjacent to the Neubau neighborhood (my favorite in Vienna) and nearby a metro station that takes you directly to the Altstadt's center.

Excellent location, great value for money ratio, helpful staff, clean room, a supermarket right downstairs, a subway stop within 2 minutes walk, a perfect little coffee place and a sandwich place nearby! Just prefect.

Was given the room right next to the bar. Could not sleep the first night because of a live concert. The room was not as clean as it should be and there was dust and some fluff balls on the floor. The air extraction in the bathroom could not be turned off. But the worst was that the room significantly different from the images announced when booking that room type - the bathroom was much worse than was advertised, there was a door connecting to the next room which was closed but let all the sound come and go from one place to another like we were sharing the same room. I was told the rooms were not all the same, even under the same type. This is not decent nor fair advertisement to a customer. We paid for something and ended up with something else which was worse. Strongly recommend to change this, otherwise customers will not be happy and will loose trust.

The localization is superb, right next to all kinds of public transports including one of the main subway lines that transverses the city center. Staff are friendly, and the hotel looks really cool and has a nice bar. The breakfast was nice, but the thing I liked the most was the option of Ruby Green - changing the room cleaning for a free drink at the bar, which could literally be any drink we wanted. These and other efforts to be sustainable should be well praised.

There is truly nothing I can think of that was negative about this location. From check-in (simple, easy, self-service) to the quality of the service throughout my stay.

The location can't be beat, in my honest opinion. It was a few U stops away from the Wein Meidling train station (from which I arrived and left Vienna) and as short a distance from the main tourists attractions. Given that it's right off mariahilferstraße - there are great shopping and dining within walking distance. I found the location made me see the real, contemporary, everyday Vienna.

I felt that the rooms were a bit too white and a bit hospital like, and the last day in the morning the cleaning person entered the room at 8.30 while we were getting dressed which I thought was very unpleasant. However, this might just be a one time only…

Location was great, staff was very friendly, and the hotel had an overall nice vibe. The bar and the terrace were very nice and comfy.

1) the cooling conditioning in the room does not work during autumn and it was very uncomfortable because was too hot. staff didn’t / “couldn’t” do anything to help 2) the room is very open plan (no doors to the shower, sinks just in the room, bathroom not fully sealed), so you must travel with someone you feel very comfortable around!
