We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shower setup made it difficult to use without getting everything wet. Not a big problem for a short stay but could be annoying if staying for more than a few nights. Still, the pros far outweighed the cons.
Great price in a great location. Self check-in was easy and hassle free, staff were helpful and accommodating. Room was far bigger than what we expected, especially for the location. The street outside is busy, but we could not hear a thing with windows closed.

United KingdomThe room was unusual layout but really worked well and was modern and clean. Perfect location, with a supermarket next door and the main shops round the corner. Other attractions were walkable too as only took around 30 minutes to walk to the places I was seeing.

BulgariaThe cleaning of the room was the only minus. The hotel was very clean, however the floor of the room was dirty all the days. But that’s something that could be done better if I was complaining.
The location is perfect. The roof bar and terrace were great. Bartenders made the best cocktails, service was excellent! Breakfast was excellent, too. We paid for breakfast on site when we would like to have breakfast. I like that we have an option to choose which days would like to use it.

GermanyI could understand that they want the hotel to be green and lean. However, too lean is not convenient at all. No hair dryer, No mini bar, no fridge and no water. The self-check in is cool but plz at least explain the necessary information about the hotel eg. where to pay/have the breakfast, when would be the checkout time etc. You need to ask for information or figure things out by yourself. The check-out time was 11 but at 10:40, there was already people knocking at our door.
Location is top and really sound proof. Rooftop bar and other designs are cool.
