The actual decor of the hotel (outside of the rooms) was dated. Paint was peeling from the walls and it was evident that the place needed some work doing. However, there were construction workers on-site, so I guess they are addressing this.

Lacking ventilation in the room. I understand that a/c is not on during the winter months, but there was no fan or air distribution. Opening the window was okay, but street noise was disruptive.

The location was ideal, a short walk from the train station and a few minutes from the old town and cable car to the ski fields. The view from the room was outstanding, looking out over the Alps. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Location - About 5 minutes walk from Innsbruck Hbf. Within walking distance to the old town, museums, eateries of our choice, etc.. We did this a few times. We also walked to Hungerburgbahn Congress station (the funicular which brings you to the Top of Innsbruck). Cleanliness - Clean but need to focus on the hidden areas. The floor just under the edge of the bed was dusty. Receptionist - Friendly and helpful Breakfast - Very good

Only negative was they had a smart TV however no app's worked only normal TV so if you don't speak German there's nothing to watch. No big deal as we weren't in our room much but it would have been nice to watch something of a night.

This is a perfect location for us to stay overnight before traveling to Italy. Well situated in the city center, all facilities you need, good restaurant. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. EV charging options. Next to this we like the history of the hotel as an extra bonus

No kettle in the room. There was a vending machine outside our room selling junk food and sugary drinks which we wouldn’t touch so at 0630 we went down to breakfast(with our books and iPads) just so that we could get a glass of orange juice and make a pot of tea before we were actually ready for breakfast. That wasn’t a problem. There was no shortage of tables so we weren’t stopping anyone else from having breakfast

The bed (mattress) was comfortable but there was only one uncomfortable pillow available. The glass door to the toilet didn't fully close (not broken, that's just how it is built) - which is fine if you are in the room by yourself but I imagine with colleagues or other it would be a bit awkward.

The rooms were very clean and as we expected. The glass bathrooms were not our favourite but we knew that we had rooms with them. The staff was very nice and helpful, we were able to store our bags on arrival and also on the day of our departure whilst exploring the city. The breakfast was very good and the bar was comfy and they have very good beer.

The hotel charged me 352 EUR a week before my stay, which was a big surprise. I was then asked to pay the full amount upon arrival and told that the 352 EUR would be refunded to me, which would take a week or two. I would have expected the first amount to be taken off my final bill.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. One evening, we had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, and the water pressure was excellent!
