One of the morning staff quite rude and not helpful when asking about Innsbruck Card / tourist area. They dont provide water in the room, and the vending machine on 2nd / 4th floor doesnt have still water to purchase.

The location is nearby to the train station / bus station. There’s also nearby bus stop that can be used to go around the city. Also very appreciated that they can store my luggage before check In and after check out. Also, there’s a nearby halal and vegetarian restaurant that open till midnight.

There was a reconstruction in the opposite buliding, and it was very loud in the morning. The pillow was very uncomfortable. We asked for extra pillows, waited a day and didn't get it. I had to ask again, and the stuff even looked strange at me. Unfortunatelly there was no space in the inside garage, and the outside parking cannot be occupied. It is very unpleasant, if you don't get parking place in heavy rain with lots of stuff the other parking options are quite expensive (casino parking is 4 eur/h).

The junior suite was quite compact. Not much space to put luggage, and the second room had no air con, so the door needed to stay open at all times, and that room still got very hot. Air con kept cutting out at random times.

Unfortunately there is mega construction work across the road and the builders started at 6am. It was quite annoying and the hotel should have warned prospective customers who were given rooms at that side of the hotel in advance about possible noise.

Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. Very close to train station and old town/river. Breakfast was excellent and we had an evening meal in the restaurant which was exceptional.

There is very noisy construction work just opposite. The workers were looking straight into our room. The windows had to be closed to keep out the noise and the curtains drawn for privacy

There were 7 steps leading up to my room. I needed to carry my heavy luggage up the steps. I could have asked the staff for assistance but I didn’t want to spend time waiting for assistance.

The room I have was spacious for myself as a single traveler. The room and furniture was clean when I arrived. Breakfast selections were great!

The air conditioning does not really work or cools the room - so it’s misleading. It was warm & I ended up opening the windows (even though it was quite warm outside).

Liked the location, helpful & friendly staff, a good restaurant, cleanliness of the room, walking distance to the train station . It was all very good & convenient. The restaurant served great food for dinner. I have been to Innsbruck quite a few times over the years & have always stayed here. It is so easy! 👍👍

Appears to be an old building. Although it's advertised as a four-star (if I'm not mistaken), there was no coffee, tea, or kettle in the room. There was a lamp on the desk whose cable could not reach the socket. The shower was almost transparent with just glass and the middle part blurred out. The sauna was great but mix-gender. Luckily there were only us. Unfortunately there was a construction site outside our window which made loud noise ar 6AM, and we're woke up even with windows closed.

The location was great, close to the central station. The staffs were excellent and professional. There was a wellness area with sauna, infrared, and excellent view.
