We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI booked a room in Sailer because the last time I really adored every care they provided. This time I might not say the same. The bedsheet set was not linen, the staff was resolutive but not as friendly and helpful as in April 2022 and City transport cards are likely not part of the offer with the Booking anymore as I was not offered with one. I am sorry but it's a low considering I have payed more money per night for the same room type.
If what you need is an hotel in the centre with a good provision of everything you might require at breakfast, this is your place.

United Arab Emiratesjunior suite is not as comfortable, bathroom is open to bedroom, and the main bedroom attached to another small room where there's a sofa bed wich dosen't make sense! but we used it as a cloth room and for our luggage 😁.

Front desk staff were exceptional in solving hiking, bus routes and restaurant questions. Breakfast staff were amazing as they adeptly navigated amongst crowded tables cleaning and resetting tables for late comers. Dinner staff also were very attentive. Menu and wine list was well designed with nurses offerings. Hotel location was perfect being close to the railroad station and to the Old Town.
