Czech RepublicWe stayed only for a one night but the accomodation was suitable for a longer stay. The breakfast was classical buffet type with a lot of choices. I didn't lack anything. There is a restaurant at the hotel. The position of the hotel isn't ideal but we picked up something near the train station.

GermanyThe parking is not guaranteed (limited spaces). This was not clear at the time of booking. I was later informed after booking a non-refundable room that there was no more parking available and that was the main reason why I picked this hotel. After a phone call to the hotel staff found a solution and problem was resolved. The bathroom is made of glass. A non-transparent door for the toilet would be a good idea.
Well located for our needs. Business room impeccable (looks newly renovated). Restaurant was very nice. Food was tasty and place is cozy. Staff was very friendly.

SwitzerlandThe room resembled the pictures but was much worse. Cracks on the painting, dirty walls, bad decor - just a really cheap look. Definitely not a place you look forward to going to in the evening. Other bedroom issues: big step in front of the bedroom door in which it was impossible not to trip often, toilet flushing system not working properly, Netflix not working, cleaning people entering the room way too early in the morning. Concerns related to being a female solo traveller: the rooms have an inner lock on the door which was not working in any room for fire hazard reasons - something I find completely unacceptable. When being handed the key to my room, the staff was very loud in saying the room number and all the details of my trip in a reception that was full of other people - discretion should be key to ensure the guests feel safe.
Some of the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy and the shower was spacious. The reception of the hotel is a nice space.

AustriaUnfortunately the price value ratio is a bit off. No bathrobes and shoes are provided for the mixed spa area which doesn’t have any proper space to change clothes. Learned only when checking out that guests should ask for them separately, although nothing is mentioned in the hotel book or the spa area. I also had dirty glasses from previous guests in my room and they were not changed during the day even when I left a note. Furthermore, one can unfortunately hear all noises from the corridor and next door rooms.
Location: Very close to the main trainstation where also free ski busses leave. Also just couple of minutes walk from the center.

United Arab EmiratesThe main issue was the bathroom . All glass doors and walls with no locking or privacy from other staying in the room. Absolutely no modesty. Noise, smell, and view accessible to the rest of those staying in the room.Also the light from the bathroom shines into the bedroom while others might be sleeping, waking them up. This bathroom will only be acceptable to solo traveller's.
Breakfast was the best part of the hotel facilities. Staff were friendly and available. Breads and hot meals were fresh. Fruit option could be better. The location of the hotel was excellent. Located close to everything that you need. Trains, ski shop, ski tours, etc.

Hotel was less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. Room had a view of the mountains if at the back of hotel but best on level 6 as above the neighbouring buildings. We were level 3. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Would stay again! Onsite restaurant was convenient and good.

United KingdomThis is the third time we’ve stayed in this hotel and sadly after our most recent stay we will never be back. We booked a modern room but on check-in received an “upgrade”. It was not an upgrade. Yes the room was marginally bigger but it was dated furniture and the shower and bath didn’t ever get hot so we couldn’t warm up after a cold day in the mountains. The pillows were awful and we had to ask for secondary pillows, and there was no coffee or milk available for the tea. We also never had our mugs or glasses cleaned or replaced during the entire stay. Trying to get a drink in the hotel bar was painful. We along with other guests were constantly left waiting for a bartender to arrive. The receptionist went to find one after we had already been waiting 20 mins. He did serve the guests but then disappeared again and wasn’t seen again. Poor customer service. When we raised our concerns on check out with the receptionist she was rude and confrontational. We’ve previously had good stays here but after this disappointing experience, we will never be back. We booked 3 rooms, 2 of which were the same and more expensive than the room we booked yet we paid the most 585 euros for a 3 night stay in an eco comfort room, when our family booked business comfort and paid over 100 euros less. Go figure.
The location is handy for exploring.
