Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The apartment does not have an air-conditioning. If you have an alergy to Ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Asteraceae) and you are travelling between 15.08. - 15.10., at 35 degress Celsius, suggest to avoid this stay option.
Very friendly host. The spacious apartment is up to a high standard and the beds are very comfortable too. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the outdoor pool area is very relaxing with a good view. It is only 5 minutes by car from Parndorf Outlet.

The room seemed that is was not prepared. There were no clean sheets for the sofa and it was smelly in the bathroom. The sofa could use new pillows as those already present are not ok.
I liked the location and the fact that inside it was spacious enough. Comfortable bed and coffee pads available anytime.

There were no toiletries available.
The location was excellent near the lake as well as the shopping centres. We were there for only 1 night and the stay was good.

Morning screaming of children. They woke up us at 8 AM.
Sandy is very helpful and nice. She offer for me and my friends transport from train station and other places.

We had a small room with floor tiles. The room lights are a bit to strong and you don't really have a dimmed table lamp, just some leds from a cabinet. Some towels were not clean but other than that the bathroom was decent. On the cleanning side it could be better.
Friendly host ready to make sure we had everything we need. The house is near to the Fashion Outlet and is located in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. We had a tv with Netflix & Disney+, a Nespresso capsule machineI and a small fridge. If the weather is nice, there is also a pool available in the backyard. We also had a paved parking spot in the backyard.

In the room where I stayed can get really warm. (Mobile air conditioner is provided but its really loud). The bed is way too soft (personal prefermance). Cheap bedsheet. Far away from train station or town center.
Complimentary refreshment, well equipped room, terrace with table.

Pool was was not heated, so if you are unlucky and come in a cloudy day you won't be able to endure it to long.

1. apartment is on basement level (one window only) 2. glass on the entrance door (sofa bed is next to it, no shades or curtains for the morning, sensor lights turns on on any motion outside) 3. sofa bed is very hard to sleep on 4. WiFi signal is weak, often there was none

the Wi-Fi could be improved
it’s a small cosy apartment. good enough for 3 people. Sandy was very nice to pick our luggage in her car from a nearby location. Andy has also been good. it’s a quiet location and you can have a good time there.

I got a car accident and I text them to cancel my booking i show them pictures, ,they read my text and they don't answer (I'm understand the business for them but it's not all about money but for them it is ).....never book again

too small, underground apt., i was stay there during hot days and there is too hot inside, no moscato nets on windows so you cant open windows. fridge inside works as perfect heating machine, in bathroom missing vent and no windows. overpriced, i was last time there
